It is quite uncommon to come across Barbie playsets with cats. And this one comes with five babies in different sizes, poses and colours! Their step-up movable play station is adorable and the hanging toys along with grooming accessories are realistically the cutest. The kitty which the doll holds on to, reminds me of someone, and the blue eyed doll herself is simply gorgeous. When scanned through thoroughly, one could figure out that the brunette has been given Middle Eastern features. That's so thoughtful and clever considering theirs immense likeness towards felines and kittens. And she's got leg joint articulations! At this half price available right now, what more could I ask for? These kitties with their's playful 'human mum' are definitely coming out of that sturdy and well-organised display box! We, Indians have been told since our childhoods that dogs are the most loving and loyal pet companions. However, by the recent surge in online cat videos, there has been a change in people's attitudes towards cats in general. Although wild by nature, less obedient and annoyingly attention seeking, these prancing fur pillows are truly loving by heart. Besides, highly interactive. Also being overly intuitive, they can sense when their owners have fallen sick and offer warm snuggles to heal their quietened care takers. I hope, more of such cat oriented playsets for children are released by more toy brands alike Mattel which could help to encourage our little ones with early-on-compassion for these 'centuries old domesticated felines' by our Ancient Goddess Bastet honouring Egyptians. - A Stray 'Cat Adopted' Mother.
