These vitamins really work! Not only they improved my skin, making it more glowy, but also helped out with tanning. Normally I would need to apply lots of oil to even get a slight shimmer, but here I saw a quick effect What's important for them to be the most effective, is that you have to start taking them a week or so in advance, so that your body fully absorbs all of the minerals.

Have been stuck indoors working for the majority of the summer. Been taking these for about 6 days and already look more tanned. Am going to do the full course and take them on holiday but so far so good! Will review again after holiday because I usually go very brown anyway.

i started using these back in 2020 (first photo) and initially didnt see much change, what i then started doing was taking these a month/ 2 months before summer or a planned holiday, fast forward to 2023 (second photo) and found that not only was i tanning BUT if going abroad still use a high factor sun cream (lesson learned) For best results i would definitely suggest starting use 1/2 months prior to any tanning/ holidays and of course make sure to still use a sun cream, if using on tanning beds I would say use atleast a month before, others may find they work quicker/ differently for them but this is what worked for me .

Just finished my bottle together with tanning sessions.Bought these pills as I have hard time to tan my legs. No difference. Disappointed 😔
