Confusing directions
Product is wonderful, but the directions were a challenge, and parts were mislabeled. The red is also closer to burgundy.

Not worth the time it takes to install.
Box arrived damaged, but parts all there, in plastic bags. No instructions. Carabiner Clips poor quality. Had to buy stronger ones. Cost an extra $10.
