Front and Rear, both camera performs great even in low light conditions. Even under most heavy use, battery lasts for 12 hours. In power saving mode it may last for 2 days. Screen guard & cover difficult to find in market, available online, no issue. Premium feel back panel. Expandable RAM & 512GB memory is way ahead of its time. The HyperOS feels smooth and easy to use. 📸 Camera Quality The Leica-tuned 50 MP triple camera is good for most situations, especially outdoors in daylight. Using this phone from june 2025 and now 21 February 2026 and this phone still beats most of the phone under 40k not the s24 though it has the best camera and performance balence if you choose vivo v series over this you camera will be similar to this but the performance quality is poor on vivo v series phones you can choose vivo x series over vivo v series Lets come back to xiaomi 14 civi it has mostly flagship stuff in this phone in hand feel is awesome I feel like im holding a really expensive phone which is good thing 67 watt charger shuld be like 90 watt Battery is good enough but if you recording video you need a powerbank or charger after 3 hour continues video record Every single camera is soo good but the ultra wide could be little better Now this phone come under 30k best Value phone There is no ois in telephoto lens but the stability is soo good i cant even tell if its using eis or ois even gimbal overall 9/10 phone must buy

Very bad product no one is helping to I am completely frustrated purchasing mobile phone from Amazon as not getting any help either from Amazon or manufacturer of Mobile phone i.e. Xiaomi. I ordered a Xiaomi 14 Civi Aqua Blue on 14.07.2025 and got the phone on 15.07.2025. At the time of purchasing, I also purchased installation service and scheduled the installation on 16.07.2025 but no one contacted me and came for installation. Then I cancelled the installation service on 17.07.2025 and opened the packet for self installation. I have installed the mobile but on inserting the sim, I found the sim tray is broken. Then I tried to replace the mobile, an inspection service generated on 17.07.2025 but no one attended. On 19.07.2025 and 20.07.2025, I contacted customer care of Amazon, They told me that mobile phones will be replaced by Xiaomi.The Amazon Customer care advised that they get in writing of denial from Xiaomi in case they refuse to replace. Today, I again make a call to Amazon Customer care but did not receive any satisfactory reply. I visited the Xiaomi authorised service centre. The Service Centre refused to replace the item and was not ready to give anything in writing. Xiaomi Service Centre people are very rude and their replies are very irresponsible.Then I told them to replace the sim card tray. They said it is chargeable and told me that Rs. 1743.00 will be charged. I have no other option but as proof that i visited the Xiaomi authorised centre for replacement orders for the parts for which they have taken my mobile and told to come after 4-5 days. the issue. I received defective product technician assigned but not visiting. Never purchase mobile online
