Healthier way to cut on sugar
Great help with diet , it was recommended by a nutritionist to a friend who is diabetic, it can be used in baking and drinks etc , smells great , company is English registered product is made in China ,( Munk fruit is originally from china) a small amount of it can settle the cravings

A waste of money. There’s no monk but erythritol. Causes indigestion and gut issues. Very bad. I wouldn’t give even 1 ⭐️.
