Installation was straightforward and simple. You have to ensure you get the right groove when attaching the bypass to prevent leakage, but the issue is very prominent and easy to identify. The materials used are very durable and well-constructed.

Outstanding. No issues worth the money

The initial water was a little yellow and had a little smell. I guess that was probably the resin. After a couple of days, the water cleared up. The softener solves my water hardness issue. I don’t see deposits on my faucet, plates n shower doors anymore.

We never owned a water softener before. This unit seemed very reasonably priced. They supply extra small O rings so don't accidentally double them up. BIG SHOUT OUT to their technical support team. We called them at 5:37 p.m. on Friday and they not only answered the phone they stayed on the line with us till our unit was up and running. Turns out you have to open a hard plastic screen cover on the display before you can push the buttons. Hope the unit is half as reliable as the companies employees.

I just installed this softener, and it reduced my hardness from 14 down to less than 1. One installation tip I have is to take off the end piece of the bypass valve with the 1'' male inlet and outlet connections and put it in a vise. Then use 10-12 wraps of plumber's tape and then thread your fitting. This makes it a lot easier than doing it when it's connected to the bypass valve and tank. I tried this at first and seemed like the valve was going to break when tightening it. Make sure it is nice and tight.
