Very nice flavor & surprisingly delicate crunchy for as big as the pieces are. Almost like the salt is aerated somehow? A bit pricy for what little you get. But, a nice touch for dressing up any meal for a special occasion. I do like that this has a nice snug lid to keep the salt dry & fresh.

This is the only black lava salt I've been able to find that comes in the big pyramid shaped crystals. It used to be the norm, but about 18-24 months ago, it seems like all the sellers decided en masse that their black lava salt would be tiny pebbles instead of crystals. Do crystals mean it's naturally occurring and pebbles mean it was manufactured? I don't know. But I do know that I like the texture and the taste of the pyramid crystals much better, and this is the only seller I've found that still carries it. Thank you!

Great salt!!!

I bought this black salt to rim cocktail glasses, but it doesn’t stick at all. Even after using lemon juice on the rim, the salt just falls off or clumps which usually works perfectly with regular salt. The look and flavor seemed nice, but it’s not good for rimming drinks, and since I cannot return it I will use it for cooking food🤷🏽‍♀️

This salt taste fantastic! It is grain size and I sprinkled it in my salad. Pinching the salt turned my finger black and it crunches in your mouth. I like it and it has a nice look to my food. The container is small and I would order it again.

I bought this for production. I sprinkle it around my property and it's supposed to keep bad people off it. Actually, I feel it's working. I've not had any visits from bad people since I did this. When it rains, I sprinkle it again to keep it going, but I feel it works for magic purposes.
