This cargo basket is very high quality. It is stable secure and well packaged. It was easy to put together. I was worried about the size but J think it works great on my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe.

I purchased this cargo basket because I hated connecting my roof bag to the windows of my car. It was easy to put together and install and the quality is better than I expected. It is much easier and more secure now to attach my roof bag. Also, when I needed a replacement part, customer service was very helpful and friendly.

This is a great roof basket. Very strong and a great price. I put it on my 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz XRT. It looks great, and holds more weight than most other roof baskets. Assembly and install is also very simple. One thing I would recommend is replacing the bolts and lock nuts with better ones. The ones it came with are cheap pot metal and the head will strip easy. Its very of odd that the basket and mountain hardware are well made, but the bolts are cheap. That is why I gave it 4 stars. Other than the bolt and lock nut issue I am very happy with this roof basket and would recommend it to others.

Item came with all expected parts. It went together easily and was the correct size. The configuration in which I mounted the rack required additional hardware. The company had great communication and was very accommodating. When I contacted the seller, the replied promptly and after inquiring about buying extra mounting brackets, they decided to provide them for free. Would highly recommend the item and seller. Installed the roof rack on the 4Runner. It took me more than an hour to install it. The instructions are worthless. I am glad I took my time to make sure it’s aligned. It feels very sturdy and hopefully it will last. After installation I went for a spin to see if I can hear any noise because of the roof rack. I was driving on the highway with all my windows rolled down. No additional sound was coming from the roof rack. Just the normal wind noise but no whistling etc. I am very pleased with this rack, I haven’t tested it with any cargo. But I think it should be fine. My only concern is the screws, hopefully they won’t rust any time soon. I will recommend this product 👍

When this arrived the box was in great shape; no signs of damage. After I unboxed it I still thought everything was fine. Then I removed the foam and bubble wrap. That's when the damage could be seen. The metal tube was crushed and there were numerous scrapes where the powder coating had been removed. Since all this was under the packaging it is clear that the manufacturer intentionally boxed and shipped defective product. Do not buy this item.

Purchased for a cross country road trip. Works great. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. A lot less expensive then some of the others.
