I bought an EV charging station from them recently and I can't say enough good things about their customer service and support. I got responses within minutes and they have been in constant contact with me and pushed multiple firmware updates to my unit based on feedback and request I submitted. Great company. Amazing support. This portable jump starter and mobile charging unit is well built, top quality, and fully functional. I've verified it fast charges my Pixel 9 Fold and can fully power my MacBook Air 15". My power went out the day I got it, and I used it as a long-term light source. It was bright and used almost no power during the outage to keep my underground house well lit. I have other mobile jump-starting units, and they can be a bit tricky on how exactly to get them to start the jumping process. This unit takes all the guess work away, as all you need to do is connect it and it will automatically power up and start the jumping process when you turn the key. No sequence of key presses or order of operations to remember years after you read the instructions. Has plenty of power for most 4, 6 and 8 cylinder engines. And can start them multiple times on a single charge, depending on how drained the car battery was when used. The instructions are mostly well written and straight forward. The only thing you really need them for is to know how/when to use boost mode vs normal mode. The bottom line is use boost mode (power it up by holding the boost button) when the car battery voltage is below 9v. The instructions are a little unclear on this point, but I've verified though other sources that this is the correct way to use boost. I'm very happy with this unit. It came well packaged, the carrying case if very well built, and the unit itself is solid and sturdier than my other more expensive units.

My daughter was having battery problems with her car, 1400 miles away for me to help her. I ordered the jump starter from Amazon around 8 pm central time. It was delivered at 7:22am to her apartment. She was to leave for work at 8am. She got to the car in 20 degree weather and the battery was Dead. The charger arrived fully charged. The instructions were very easy and she was able to crank her car without needing the assistance of a stranger. Thank you Wolf Box and Amazon for your for helping this dad so far from daughter!

If I could give this 1000 stars, I would! I love my WOLFBOX so much!! ^_^ I previously bought an everstart brand jump box that was super heavy & could NOT jump a dead battery, only a partially dead battery. This was a cause of great stress, as I have a parasitic battery drain & my car has been going dead in the winter, quite often. The WOLFBOX on the other hand, started my cold dead battery like a dream! It is super lightweight & portable, & honestly worked even BETTER than jumping from another car’s battery! I wish I knew about it sooner, so I didn’t waste money on the other product, but I am definitely recommending WOLFBOX to everyone that I meet! Thank you WOLFBOX, you are a lifesaver! Now I know that I can trust my car to get started, while I save up to take care of the battery drain issue!

This item was perfect. It jump started my dead battery just as expected. Once I charged it fully and placed on vehicle, without any issues it did exactly what I needed it to do. I have only used it once so far due to very cold weather and not starting engine, but it works. Great value for my money and produced enough power to get it up and running immediately. Will recommend.

I researched this product and made the purchase due to the high ratings. I had to test it today because my car has been sitting outside covered in ice and snow from our latest snowstorm, and it would not start today. I had just received this item 2 days ago., And it did not disappoint. It took me all of three minutes to get everything connected, and my car started on the first crank. The product was very easy to use and I was very impressed. I ordered another one this evening for my dad‘s birthday. I highly recommend this product.

I was a little dubious about such a small device starting a marine diesel engine, but research on the net persuaded me. With my boat on a swinging mooring and a dead engine battery, I ordered one for delivery the following day. It arrived on time, charged to 75%. Using the recommended 63A charger, it quickly charged to 100%. I took it out to the boat and connected it, where it performed brilliantly. The engine turned over and then burst into life. Problem solved. The case that comes with the unit is a nice touch; good quality and keeping everyting, including the (not included) charger, together. THe higher capacity charger may be a good investment if you are in a hurry. I plugged in and saw the display count from 75% to 76%, 77%, 78% in front of me. If you're not in a rush, your phone carger might do but if you're racing the tide, worth the extra money.
