Paradigm 5-pc Frying Pan and Silicone Utensil Set, Nonstick, 3-ply Stainless Steel

I'm very fussy but these are beautifully finished pans with solid stainless steel construction, at least as good as Le Creuset non stick range. The surface is quite a strange non stick in that it isn't smooth, it has a rough hexagonal texture. I haven't used them enough to comment on long term performance, they work fine when new. Thought I'd write a review now though to let you know that you can get these for £80 in Costco.

Great quality product

You get what you pay for!! Finally pans that work on all burners on my induction oven. I’ve had some cheaper pans that didn’t work well even though they said they were induction friendly.

I also own 2 Hexlcad pans and wanted to expand my collection, but at a lower cost so I searched reviews and came across these and I was skeptical. Honestly, I love them! I’ve used them daily. My first test for a new pan is always scrambled and fried eggs. I used adequate fat- butter on the eggs and there was no sticking and the utensils they came with are perfect! I kept them at a low- medium heat and there was no sticking. I’ve used them for steak, shrimp, ham steaks and more (with olive oil) and nothing has been a disappointment. Take the time to get to know your pans and how they need to be seasoned and don’t scorch them on a high heat and these are great! In addition to this I grabbed an 11 piece set on another site and I’m happy with them all. They are easy to clean with a scrub daddy sponge or dish brush (things I already use). Just be sure to dry them off after hand washing. Take the chance if you’re on the fence- you won’t be disappointed.

Good quality. Heats very evenly. Great buy. Lightweight and easy to clean.
