FINCATI Outdoor Indoor Papasan Rocking Chair, Oversized Rattan Lounge Chair

I bought two of these chairs, they are beautiful, sturdy, and very comfortable. And customer support was absolutely amazing to deal with!!!! They should really be the model of what customer service should look like! When I was putting them together I had a lot of difficulty, but with a lot of effort and a few hours later I was able to get one built. Come to find out after the second one was built, I realized something was very wrong with the first one. I thought I was just a little OCD and tried to just leave it but I couldn't. The chair kept tipping back when my daughter sat in it and it became a bit worrying she would get hurt. I looked at the two chairs and figured out the first chair was sent with 2 rear leg "H" looking bars. So the chair sat too far back making it easy to tip. They are pretty heavy chairs so it tipping was a big deal. I reached out to customer service and that same day they shipped the part to me. And the day it arrived, they messaged me within an hour of me getting it to make sure I had received it and to let them know if the chair was fixed and if they could be of more help to me. I put the chair together and it was perfect! I love how they kept an eye on the tracking and reached out to me first to ensure everything was good. I will buy from this seller every time I see an item available by them! Best customer service I have ever dealt with! These chairs are worth every penny. Very well made, very good materials. I get many compliments on them and they are the favorite spot in the house for everyone who comes. 10 out of 10. Buy them!!! Especially from this seller!!!

Loved it so much we bought a second! Easy assembly, perfect size, sturdy, and pretty comfortable. Quality is great for the price too! Would definitely recommend!

Delivered very quickly, fairly simple assembly, definitely easier with two people though. The assembly instructions recommend not fully tightening the screws (only hand tighten) until the chair is fully assembled. Otherwise, the tension makes assembly complicated. This is a very durable and comfortable chair. My girlfriend loved it! Definitely recommend!!

This is very difficult to put together even with two people. the pieces are very heavy and the way you have to hold it lined up and then have someone else to do the screwing. It’s a real pain in the ba**s. They give you a tiny wrench and a tiny Allan key that flips and slips out of your hand. I can’t even tell you how many times my son and I dropped the tools.. I’m 45 years old and I have put together hundreds of pieces of furniture (by myself) and this took us five hours. I actually had to stop and take a break because I started to cry. Very frustrating. The chair itself is nice and comfy and it looks lovely, but I’m very angry with the chair right now so I have to wait to actually enjoy it. I’m making my husband put together the other one. I can’t do another one….. the Ottomans were very quick to put together.

Love it, I am 6'4 270 and I fit in it, its very comfortable.

Perfect for an indoor or outdoor space. Large, super comfortable. I am 6’5 and have alot of space. Feels like cloud. Slightly difficult to set up solo but doable , would be easy with 2 folks.

3 stars only because i didn’t receive the second chair - hopefully the seller gets back to me asap!!! Easy to put together and looks great, very comfortable. Just need the second chair from the set!!!!

I am SO glad I purchased this rocker. I was on the fence at first, but it is better than I expected. Extremely comfy! My husband now wants one too!
