Fight amount of flex and stainless. A really good folding fillet knife for my fishing trips.
This is a good quality fillet knife with the right amount of flex. I like the Olivewood handle.

A good light weight knife
First anyone calling it junk is being foolish. All folding Opinal pocket knives are light for size carbon steel (think butcher knife steel) are sharp and easy to sharpen. They are tough for a light to carry knife. With ingenious locking mechanism open or closed. Well thought out in 1890 still applies today. Nothing fancy or super heavy duty but very versatile knife.
