Unisex Adult Energy Flip Flop Arch Support Cushioned Sandals

This really helped me with my plantar fasciitis. Although quite expensive.

I have plantar fasciitis and summer is always a problem because I love to wear sandals, but they are murder on my arches. I wear orthotics the rest of the year, and then comes summer, and I have to go around flat footed. I first bought the Oofos sandal and love those! I wanted a second pair and decided to try the Terox. They are equally wonderful and fit about the same. The arch support helps my feet so much and the spongy-like cushioning gives amazing shock absorption, which protects my feet from all-day fatigue. I have always gone barefoot around the house, and it has finally dawned on me that I need to protect my arches all day, so I use my second pair in the house now. For me going barefoot is a difficult habit to break, but I am wearing them at home about 70% of the time now and that seems to be helping. I suggest wearing these sandals for a couple hours a day and work up because the realignment due to the arch support takes your body a little getting used to.This type of sandal may not be for everyone who likes cute little sandal styles, but I simply have to go with comfort and protection. I have the thong style so cannot comment on the slide.I also tried the Zori, Orthoheel, and Spenco with great hopes they would work for me. They are very nice sandals and also fit a wide foot and have pretty good arch support, but the sole material is just too hard and they do not provide the step recovery I need. Love these sandals. They're like walking on little pillows.

Wearing theses is like walking on marshmallows. I have trouble with my feet and these have saved me. I have several pairs. Early on I had trouble with sizing (a few yrs ago) but now the sizing seems pretty standard. I've tried other brands: Vionics, Orthotics, and others, but I keep coming back to these mainly because they are so soft. They give the support I need for my pitiful flat feet and they don't flop around like most of the others do because they conform to my foot-not too loose, not tight, just right. They last a very long time. I still have the first pair I ever purchased. They're pretty beat up from working in the yard, painting, etc. but otherwise they're still wearable. They're kind of plain but I've decorated a few pairs with yarn or bling to dress them up a little. I live in Florida so I honestly wear them every day. I can't say enough good things about them. My only challenge is finding my size at better prices. If I'm patient I can sometimes find a pair on Amazon for around $20+. But more often the best I can find is in the $35 range. Well worth it. They're advertised as being made in the USA but some people have commented on them saying 'made in China'. All of mine have a USA flag stamped on them. Some have 'made in the USA' stamped on them as well, but none say 'made in China'. Some don't. I really can't tell any difference in them. I LOVE Telics.

At how comfortable these sandals are! I am a die-hard Crocs fan. I own several pairs and wear them for everything, from walking the dog to mall shopping. Lately I have noticed that my feet and legs are very tired after wearing them. I have also noticed that I roll in on my ankles and the Crocs I own do not have heel cups. I did a little research and came across About.com's section on walking. These sandals were the #1 pick by the readers. I decided to give them a try because Amazon has free returns on shoes (yay!). After wearing them for a few days I have found them to be very comfortable and the arch support is wonderful! The heel cup seems to be adequate as I don't feel myself rolling in as much. Based on the information and reviews I ordered an 8 (I wear an 8 or 8-1/2 depending on the brand). When I first put them on, they felt a smidge on the small side, but after wearing for a few days, they feel fine. Hubby says they look like they fit my feet properly. Some people have complained about the price, but I feel they are a nice mid range sandal and well worth the cost. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

These TELIC Energy Flip Flops are exactly as promised. I like how well they nicely support my arches and yet they are cushiony soft. I can't express enough how comfortable they are. They allow you to have a nice bounce in your step. I wear these all day everyday during the summer and indoors year round. I also like the variety of colors offered. I purchased Melted Crayon to match up with different color schemes I wear. I absolutely love them! They're pricey so definitely get them when they have a special sale.

I have large, very flat feet, and as an older woman, it is difficult to find sandals that are cute yet support my feet and legs. I cannot wear tight shoes anymore. I got these, put them on and went to Walmart, walked all around the store. My hip has been sore for a week after lots of heavy lifting from moving. My legs and feet truly in pain. i felt better at the end of the shopping trip and swear my hip felt better. These are not as tough as Crocs brand nor as wimpy as some of the foreign brands. I found they are soft, spongy but supportive. They grip too, no slipping or sliding as some higher end plastic sandals like crocs are tough plastic that does not grip tile or wet flooring. THESE are GREAT. The sizing seems accurate for women's but these are not a man's 11M, they're more of a women's 11-12 M shoe. Fine as I wear that size.

I ordered a half dozen pairs of sandals recently looking for something casual and comfortable to wear. I wasn't going for style, but comfort for padding on my toes and heels instead of being barefoot. The Telic Unisex flip flop andals and the OOFOS Unisex flip flop sandals seemed similar. I generally wear a womens 7.5 or a European 38 but had tried on a pair of OOFOS in store and was able to comfortably wear their size 7-5 (which is a womens 7, mens 5), and with many reviews saying to order a size up I ordered a size 8 in this style. These run much smaller. Compared to the size 7/5 OOFOS which I ordered at the same time you are able to see the difference. Ordering a size up from what I generally wear and they were still much narrower than I'd have expected, and were just short enough that the fit wasn't possible. Perhaps if I'd ordered two sizes up it may have worked but I'm turned off my the incosistency in sizing, however, having recieved another shipment of the Mallory and the Z-Strpa version Telic make, both in a size 9, I'd have to say even that is questionable for fit. I'm also not impressed with the quality. The material and construction of the 3 Telic sandals I ordered all together reminded me more of the sandals you can buy at Dollar General or similar stores. One pair (the Mallory) arrived with a strap torn. Unless the price drops substantially, and you are able to try on first or are willing to order several sizes, I would avoid these. Like many things with Amazon, returns are easy with the Prime shipping and returns. That is the only positive thing with buying the Telic sanals.

After purchasing the winter booties in a size 9, which I like; I decided to try the flip flop in size 9. It was a tad too small--but decided to keep it. I like that it gives good arch support, which I need. I also purchased a black flip flop for my husband, as he has very high arches as well. He has not worn it. Based on the glowing reviews on Amazon and Telic website; I ordered the slide version for both of us. However, I ordered in size 10 for me thinking my heel wouldn't fall a bit over the back. The 10 is way too big. As it is a slide, the top is not snug at all on my foot. Literally it is so big it would fall off for lack of anything to hold it in place. One must send in a request to Telic to make a return; and then they send an email stating they will reply in 3 days. This is unacceptable to me. Wish I had ordered on Amazon as returns are incredibly easy. I really like the bootie as it is comfortable and stylish. Both my husband and I are trying to wear the flip flop around the house to "break them in". We both feel walking in it, for now, gives us a "duck like" gait. They are extremely bouncy. I wore mine on a one mile walk--still bouncing and my toes started to get a blister from the hook. The soles are not soft on botton of feet--there is a raised pattern that makes it uncomfortable from the pressure. I bought because of the glowing reviews; but was hesitant due to the price. I figured people must love them so price not an issue. I would not buy again. I have an Adidas high arch padded flip flop that I much prefer. Lastly; I think one must try on this sandal to get a perfect fit. As Telic makes it cumbersome to return to them; I would choose Amazon to make a purchase.

Delivery was fast from USA. Very soft and comfortable for my flat feet. However there is no longer Made In USA embossed on the sandals. Checked with the local distributor and they confirmed that the Telic sandals are now made in China.
