I’m really glad I tried this variety pack. It’s the perfect way to test out different Liquid I.V. flavors without committing to a single one. Passion Fruit was my personal favorite, and they all taste much better than standard sports drinks. I noticed a real difference in how I felt during my runs and workouts—definitely more hydrated. The sticks are super convenient for travel and mix perfectly without leaving any grit at the bottom. 5 stars!

I feel much better drinking this for breakfast instead of coffee. It rehydrates you and helps my electrolyte balance. Unfortunately coffee is a diuretic so made my morning dehydration worse. Taste is good especially the variety pack.

Taste great, I add more water as it's a little too sweet for me.

Love these! We keep these around for hot days, vacations, for after sports, and during an illness. We love the strawberry flavor the most. I dont care as much for the tropical punch. They are pretty salty as expected, so be prepared! I like that these are small to store as opposed to a bottled hydration drink. I do not experience any stomach issues when drinking these. These are great to keep in a lunchbox or glovebox when you can feel the sickness setting in.
