Will this help boils under the armpit?

All I can say is that I used it for a real bad recurring boil on my back. It was deep under the skin. It took 5 days for the salve to work, but it started it to drain. I have had boils before in the same place on the back, and they can take sometimes weeks to drain, even with antibiotics from the doctor. This Amish Salve made it drain for 3 days and it was done. It also helped the sore feeling on the skin. I have not had it come back in a while, and it usually comes back every few months. At this point, I bought it about a year ago, in Sept. 2019. I used it then at the end of Sept., and have not had it back for about 11 months.

After you apply the salve do you cover it with a band aid ?or do you apply the salve and wait? And how long does it take to work?

Cover it with a band aid or gauze/tape. It will draw overnight. Continue until no more infection is apparent on the gauze.

How does it work with splinters?

It works perfect. I put the salve on the splinter then put a band aid on the salve and the next morning it was gone. I also had a sliver of glass in my finger and it worked for that as well. It's something every family should have in their medicine cabinet.
