I’m currently losing weight with MJ and when you lose weight you have to be mindful of loose skin and fine lines appearing so Collagen supplements are a must for me. These are very handy for when you are away from home. There are 14 sachets in the box which allows you to take your daily collagen supplement without having to take a full tub or packet with you. These come ready made, so no mixing or having to make a drink. They have a pleasant Mango & Pineapple flavour. Taking 1 sachet a day you have a 14-day supply, price wise, at £33.99 (price at time of writing) this works out at just over £2.42 per day, which is a bit more expensive that buying collagen in a bulk pack but these give the convenience of being able to pack individual sachets into your suitcase for holidays. This is hydrolysed (Smaller molecules) Marine collagen with type 1 of collagen providing 8,000mg per serving which is a good high strength dose to be taking each day (See below for a breakdown of the different collagen types and their benefits). Collagen Types Explained: Type I collagen: supports healthy youthful looking skin, this is your go-to, as it makes up 90 percent of your hair, skin, and nails Type II collagen: helps build cartilage and is known for its immune-boosting and joint-supporting properties. Type III collagen: supports skin & bone health and helps form arterial walls, which is key for cardiovascular health. Type V collagen: helps form cell membranes. While it’s too early to comment on any noticeable changes, I can say that since switching to the item I haven’t noticed any detriment to my normal regime and I have been taking collagen for about 11 months now. This is a practical liquid collagen supplement that is very easy to use. The sachet format is convenient, especially if you prefer not to deal with capsules or powders. Undiluted the strong taste needs some getting used to but it’s okay. Use and performance I found it straightforward to take and the mango and pineapple flavour makes it much more pleasant than some collagen products. It slots easily into a daily routine and does not create any fuss. Products like this are usually about consistency, so convenience matters, and that is where it does well. In terms of effectiveness, I think i noticed some skin improvement already but it’s of course to attest for certain. I've tried Absolute Collagen supplements before and they are good quality. My set was ordered mid-May 2026 and has quite a long BBE date of June 2027. Their happy yellow packaging makes me feel a bit more upbeat about taking supplements than I should. It's a simple thing, but the pop-out day trackers and thoughtful sachet packaging just makes it a bit easier. The liquid collagen is quite thick, so I prefer mixing it with juice or cordial to make it easier. I've tried their raspberry flavour and think this mango-pineapple is more palatable. Like their other collagen supplements, you're getting a big dose of collagen per sachet. 📝 I prefer to know where ingredients come from, that they're traceable, so if you're like me, the only thing I can see is this collagen is "sourced from outside the EU" for what it's worth. The price for just 2 weeks of supplements is on the expensive side, definitely, but the quality feels nice and I think it helps as part of a healthy lifestyle.

absolutely love this "Absolute Collagen". I have been taking it daily for over a month. Its fair to say that I am also taking other supplements all aimed at hair, skin and nails and joints. So its would be impossible to say which works best. But I think my photos will help you make an informed decision. I think that my skin looks and feels more radient and hydrated. My hair is 100% definitely in better condition than it has been in years! Again I can't put it all down to one product, because I have also been trying some lovely shampoo and conditioners. My nails are strong but always look dreadful thanks to my love of gardening! I love this product because it tastes good, its in handy little sachets . I put mine in sugar free pure cherry and water, but you can take it straight from the sachet. I have put some photos. I am not suggesting that my fine wrinkles have gone, because they haven't, because it goes with the territory of being 61! But I am not wearing make up in the photos, just face cream and a selfie which I was taking for another review for hair colour. My skin looks a bit shiny, because I was trying out a face cream on the photo with the new hair colour! You can assess for yourself, if there is any improvement. I will definitely continue to use Absolute Collagen. I love it! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

After a few days of taking this marine collagen supplement I have noticed that my complexion is glowing. My skin feels more hydrated and it looks radiant and luminous. Because I'm past fifty, I'm not expecting the deep wrinkles or fine lines to miraculously disappear, but I am hopeful that over time my skin will continue to improve, and as I have brittle hair and nails, it would be amazing if this supplement can make them stronger too. I've tried the raspberry flavour previously, but I prefer this mango and pineapple because it doesn't taste quite as bitter. The flavours are authentic. There is an aftertaste however, and it's not pleasant. I've found that if I cut the sachet open with scissors, squeeze the gel to the top and then suck the contents out in one go and swallow it immediately I don't get the strong bitterness with it. A drink of pure orange juice helps afterwards to remove any residual taste. I find it really easy to take. I like that the sachets are presented in a box with the days labelled on tear off tabs so you know where you are with the doses. The supplement is like a runny jelly in consistency. These Absolute Collagen supplements are the only ones I've been able to tolerate taking because I find that I get indigestion with tablets and powder, and these do still upset my stomach somewhat, though it's mild in comparison. However, it's worth it because they really do make my skin juicier and dare I say, look more youthful? The sachets are really easy to incorporate into my daily routine too as they don't require mixing or taking on an empty stomach.
