I struggled with a collapsed arch and i've always had flat feet. However, after some running training, i found that pain was stopping me from running all together. As usual great next day Prime service. I ordered both an 8.5 and 9.5 insoles to see if they could be replacement for my Mizuno Wave Enforce Tour standard insoles. The arch on these are quite high which in turns makes your foot sit higher in the heel. In a mid or high-top shoe/boot this wouldn’t be a problem but it doesn’t work in the Mizuno’s as it impacts the lockdown in the shoe which ends up with heel slippage. A good way to see if it will fit your shoe is to compare the insole from your usual shoe and overlay to see if you need order a size up/down and/or trim off excess.

Firstly it's one size smaller than it says, I had to get another one, it works well at first but still become soft after a few intense sport sessions. Overall worth the money but just like that.
