I have only positive to say about it. What a find! 1) there are different sizes, and you can pick which one fits you. I used the red for the first half of my workout, blue for the second half, and at the end I take the time to swim without anything, which, believe me, feels like I'm competitively fast :) I am, however, 100 lb, and if you are heavier build, you can just attach two or more! 2) don't be cheap and buy stuff for $12. I got one first, and I could have made it with a tablecloth and a belt from my lunch bag. Don't. It is a decent price. 3) the materials so soft and it is really well made, doesn't look cheap, and it's not going to break anytime soon! 4) of course some of you complained that it tangled. Do not be discouraged! When you practice, it becomes a part of your body. You can literally adjust it while swimming by moving it to the side, in front, or behind your body like I do most of the time. I'm sure if it's a problem for you, you might like to come up with your own ways to keep it either afloat with a little buoy oh you can attach a rock to it to keep it down. I do think it is easy to get used to. 5) I I'm a teacher, so during summer I swim five times a week on average. I also swim long distances, sometimes just one way out and sometimes the only way is going back. Therefore, any pool size for me is kind of head spinning experience, and I need to make these 25 to 50 m seem longer. It is perfect, combined with good paddles, and, of course, workout music (get headphones to keep you in the water for longer aif you are not motivated enough). It is a must-have if you want to feel good resistance and make you a swimming workout a better version of lifting weights: same thing but in water. Functionality is beyond what I expected. If you are smaller person, you might want to adjust the belt which would go under the pool over fabric: even better! My back is 'shredded' and all 'jelly stuff' is gone after about 30 days. I don't think I can swim without it anymore. Highly recommend.

My son uses these daily while swimming with his club team. They were great for the price and have held up really well. He likes this set better than his last set we purchased from a swim shop for double the price.

The belt is super comfortable, and the parachutes add great resistance! It takes a while to get used to it because I noticed my foot would sometimes hit the rope, but now I rarely do. These definitely make a difference, and I noticed a positive change in my speed while swimming. I love them!

Have only used it once but everything works. The drag strap and belt could be a little easier to adjust but that is really minor.

You get three well-made parachutes at a bargain price. Just as good as the more expensive ones. It's been a few weeks of use and still very happy with them.

The product arrived the day after my purchase, but as shown in the advertisement, the yellow parachute was not included in this package. The material looks pretty likable. Let's try again and hope the three parts come together.
