you cant use it at all
its hard and big and i cant imagine to put it for 1 min ...

Good buy
Definitely better than using my cpap. Love that I don’t have to haul a machine from place to place to fight my sleep apnea. I can just put this in a case and whip it out when needed. My gf does not allow me to sleep next to her without it in my mouth. So it’s clearly working according to her lol

It is not like as shown
I received my item. But unfortunately, storage container for the mouth guard 'shown at the page' was not in the product box.

Skip this one
Uncomfortable and does not work. I snored just as bad with it and it hurts your jaw. Additionally this isn’t a model that you mood so it was very rough on my gums. I’d skip this one and find something else.

Works well once you get used to it
Took some getting used to, was definitely uncomfortable at first. Definitely helps reduce the snoring paired with mouth tape and nose strip. Big improvement according to the wife

Oh it's tough alright
I thought this would be a could fit for me since my brontosaurus teeth can be really rough on mouth guards, but this thing is very stiff. It's definitely built to last longer but it's uncomfortable. I may need to try and break it in some more.
