The product either has been used by someone or is old stock. The rolling brushes had hair on it. This is such terrible service.

Amazing shine, no dryness and laaaaasts
Very happy with the result. Tried on freshly washed, almost dripping hair - starting with the root drying comb. That wast so fast!... I don't think I ever could see manageable hair if I would start drying it on wet. Context here - very full, straight, thick but dry hair reaching under shoulder blades. The big brush was making a very good job to get the hair silky and it stayed like that till washed a few days later, no frizz, no feeling of dry ends, no dents from the time I pulled it up - so impressed and very happy! For me personally the smaller brush was not useful as it was getting stuck too fast in the length, but I think it might get pretty nice voluminous waves on shorter and thinner hair. Disclaimer for sisters with thick hair - I think the big brush is also not able to create curving into wave shape - for that I would need to follow up with a curling iron. But there was definitely more neat volume and after saloon shine. On the use - the buttons to turn left or right need some time to get used to and the wand does feel a bit heavy. Also one needs both hands to change speed or stop it. And the change of brush has to be done with care as it does get very hot as other reviewers are mentioning. Still - me happy with the result!
