Columbia Mens Vertisol Trail Running Shoe

Excellent shoes for the price. I paid ~4.6 k for these and they are way better than my Hoka and Salomon form a slightly higher price bracket. Recency bias aside I feel the shoes are super comfortable ,have decent grip and are super light weight and they look pretty nice as well. A good buy I feel

I have used many brands starting from Fila, Lonsdale, Adidas, Nike, Woodland and Skechers etc. Columbia shoes is my first experience and I swear I haven't seen such a product. So light, so comfortable, it's beyond imagination. Total value for money. I have become a big fan of Columbia brand shoes.

I ordered this product as it looked good in the pictures no doubt. On top of that it was on limited time sale and delivery was promised next business day. I was planning a trip and next day delivery option was perfect for me. However, after purchase I recieved a different item. Now, there's option to return but you will get your processed in 13 days and banks will make that fund available in account within next 7 days once the refund is processed by Amazon. This just locks in my money which I could have used for other purposes. Additionally and frustratingly, this item was not available for next day delivery again. This wasted my time. Better that I invested this time ordering from another platform and received correct product.

Shoes sole is not good

When I first unboxed these shoes, the immediate impression was clear: this isn't your traditional heavy-duty hiking boot. If you're searching for the rugged, overbuilt feel of classic trail footwear, you'll want to look elsewhere. These shoes feel distinctly more geared toward casual wear and light trail exploration than demanding backcountry treks. The most notable difference is the material construction. The upper is dominated by a highly breathable, meshy material—a departure from the thick leather or stiff, reinforced synthetic uppers found on true hiking workhorses. This design choice grants exceptional flexibility and airflow, making them wonderfully comfortable for all-day wear, especially in warmer conditions. However, this also means they lack the robust structure and ankle support needed for carrying heavy packs or navigating aggressive, rocky terrain. Wearing them is akin to putting on a slightly more supportive athletic shoe; they are wonderfully lightweight and require zero break-in time. For pavement, parks, and well-maintained dirt paths, they are perfect. But for anything that qualifies as heavy hiking, the material simply doesn't offer the durability or protection required. They are best suited for the walker who occasionally dips onto a gentle trail, valuing comfort and a sneaker-like feel over the sheer ruggedness of a traditional boot.

Comfortable shoes and affordable price

Scarpe promosse. Sono abbastanza tecniche per il trail running amatoriale e molto comode anche dopo diversi chilometri. Il materiale è traspirante e sono scarpe leggere che non affaticano la gamba. Purtroppo ho comprato un numero in più e per pigrizia non l'ho cambiate, ma risolvendo con un doppio calzino la calzata rimane comunque stabile. Approvate per chi cerca un buon compromesso tra città e sentiero.

Me gusta la marca Columbia y pensé que la calidad en sus zapatos sería buena. Pero fue una decepción. El material que usaron en estos tenis es de baja calidad. Aunque la suela es buena y tiene agarre. Prefiero la marca Nike, que aunque sean económicos, la calidad en sus zapatos son de buena calidad.
