I am extremely disappointed with both this product and the company’s support. I bought this tool because it was marketed with a 1-year warranty, but that turned out to be a complete marketing gimmick. My product stopped working (motor failure/smoke) just after 6 months. When I contacted support, they denied my claim, stating that the "default" warranty is only 6 months. They claim you must register within 30 days of purchase to get the full year—a detail that is buried and designed to catch customers off guard. To make matters worse, their warranty registration system is a total failure: There is no proper website to download a warranty certificate. When I try to check my registration status, the portal simply says "registration already exists," yet it provides no proof, no login, and no way to verify my coverage. It simply throws an error stating that warranty already exists and customer support team will reach out to you soon in reality no one reach out to you. The support team is dismissive and told me to go to a local repair shop and pay out-of-pocket instead of honoring their commitment. This is an unfair trade practice. They use a "broken" registration barrier to avoid fixing their own faulty products. If you value your money and expect after-sales service, stay away from this brand.

I recently bought an iBell chopper. The service centre people were very helpful in getting the warranty registered online. I had bought the same chopper for my mother earlier. After around 10 months of use, there was a small issue with the washer. Service person came home and checked the product, serviced it completely and replaced a few parts free of cost under warranty. The chopper itself is very simple and easy to use. It is lightweight, easy to clean, and does not take up much storage space.It comes in very handy for daily kitchen work and chops vegetables nicely and efficiently. Overall, it is a practical product for regular use. Very happy with both the product and the after-sales service. Would definitely recommend. It is nice to see a company standing behind its product even after many months of use.

Good product but I tried to contact customer care through call, watsapp and email no response. Keep in mind once your product got any trouble no repair no response, you just had to get a new one.
