I’ve been using this product for 3 months now. I started slow with 1 capsule a day and the first month my period was awful. Maybe one of the worst it’s ever been- debilitating, nonstop cramps, bloating, all the emotions, back pain, sweating, migraines, nauseous, hormonal breakout, very heavy flow. I was just miserable. Those were all very normal symptoms for me, but they were definitely heightened after starting this. I kept using at the suggestion of a certain Instagram person, and upped my dosage to 2 capsules per day, by the second month I literally had ZERO symptoms! ZERO!
