Best quality, best performance even low pressure of watter. Nice purchase
I tried different companies health faucet but all are not work well for me because I have low watter pressure in my bathroom. But this is the best purchase and I'm getting good spray performance even low watter pressure. I loved it.

Poor After-Sales Support/ NO WARRANTY
Do not buy this product. Within 10 months, the jet spray started leaking due to an internal handle/regulator issue. Nothing was broken externally. The technician confirmed it looked like a manufacturing defect and sent proof to the company. Hindware rejected the warranty claim without explanation. Very disappointing service. A product failing within a year should not be dismissed like this. Had to buy a replacement at my own cost. Poor quality and worse customer support

The rubber gasket should be batter quality
The fitting in itself is decent quality. They should provide better rubber gasket for leak proof fitting. I installed it with the gasket that came with the faucet and it kept leaking. Replacing the gasket with a better quality and shape gasket solved the problem.
