how to make camera horizontal

There are a total of three circular hook holes on the camera. Our accessories provide white Circle. Put the white Circle into the holes, and then put the coils in, and the phase can be placed in a horizontal state. There is only a circular hook in one direction, where you can increase the weight and make the camera better sink into the water. Thank you.

What is the depth rating of the camera?

I don't know the max depth, but I bought the 100 ft cord and I assume 100 for sure. I have had mine at 65 ft and this summer will go deeper. It's a sweet camera, the depth and temp. are real time and has fast returns. I love it.

Mine didnt come with a charger so i need to purchase one. Who do i need to contact about that? It lasted 4 months tho without being charged lol

Great camera !

Great camera and love the length of the cord as well as the size of the screen. Has great resolution and both seem to function well. On the down side, the charger gets very warm when charging the battery pack, the box doesn’t float - so using this on the water poses a risk of an accident happening, the cord for the camera is very thin (delicate thin), and the clips that came with the camera are very cheap. In comparison to others at this price point at the big box stores, it’s hands down a better build. Only time will tell for overall quality. I did purchase the extended warranty so that’s a little piece of mind. With the money back guarantee, it’s well worth the try.
