Excellent product
Excellent product and super easy to apply. Spray bottle recommendation is a must but took us less than 30 minutes to do lower half of our bay window and delighted with the results. Still lets lots of light through and looks great.

It does what I needed, reflects the heat, visibility/privacy not an issue
Rabbitgoo 60 x 200 cm “One Way” window film. It does what I needed. It was OK to put up, if one is careful, otherwise it might be a nightmare. The privacy only works for those inside if the peeper outside has brighter light than in the room and then they only see a reflection, this is usual during the day, but the reverse at night! So draw the blinds at night. It reduces radiant heat input very significantly. This is why I bought it, and it works much better than the so-called e-coating on the glass (I paid for it, but is there any? Is this a common double-glazing con?) However, it is not as good as a proper dichroic film.I needed to reduce the insolation through our glass doors, and while I bought these rolls a year ago I only applied them last week. It has made a big difference! Before film, inside floor temperature in the sun measured at 36°C, compared with the shaded part at 24°C. Later, when it had all cooled down again, I installed the film. Next day at the same time the bright part of the floor was 28°C and the shaded part 25°C. The step outside was 45°C.I've also added it to some south facing bedroom windows. My pic shows a very thin line of unfiltered daylight down the trimmed edge of the film, in focus but the garden view is of course out of focus. How it might be done if you are as OCD as me.1. Clean the glass and the surrounds very carefully, removing all contaminants, especially traces of Windowlene or Flash, etc.2. Check the scalpel/craft knife is very sharp.3. Fill a clean spray bottle with water and a drop of Fairy liquid to work as a wetting agent. Use this solution and a clean old soft J-cloth for a final clean of the surface.4. Move the Clear Film sticky tab to the side at the top, this will make peeling it off later much easier.5. Stick some generous tabs of Sellotape on the film across the top, one each corner and one (or two) in the middle depending on how wide. This is so the film can be given a first position hanging in place from the frame by the sellotape; now it is easy to adjust and trim as necessary to make sure it covers all the glass with a small margin of about a centimetre at the sides, and maybe a bit more top and bottom.6. Spray the glass generously, so it’s running with water.7. Carefully begin peeling down the clear film from the sticky back of the silver film, keeping it all away from the glass. An assistant can help here, because now is also a good time to spray the back of the silver film, but it is possible for one person with a narrower glass.8. About halfway through peeling, check the centre of the silver film is hanging true, and now is a good time to begin helping it to stick, but only with a light brush down the wetted centre, simply to control it.9. Remove the rest of the clear film, paying attention to the centre and hanging true, and covering all the glass.10. If it is in the correct position, only now begin to gently work the water out to the edges, radially from the centre, initially using another soft cloth. Use a squeegee only when the film is secure and wrinkle free, and always work towards the edges from the centre.11. Once the film is stable, sellotape removed, most of the water excluded, and the edges are well worked into the corners and glazing seal, then trim it with the craft knife. Try and do it with a single firm pass along each edge (without damaging the rubber seal), ideally use a ruler to keep the film flat and guide the knife tip. Pay careful attention to the corners which are guaranteed to try and mess things up.12. Finish off with the soft cloth, paying attention to the edges and seals.13. Do not overwork the film; this can introduce wrinkles because it is more likely to stretch after a good soak.14. Allow it to dry overnight, maybe a couple of days even, before succumbing to the temptation to tidy it up a bit more.

Great product and easy to install!
I got the frosty glass film and it’s amazing. I spent a lot of time measuring and cutting mine to fit to the balcony glass so it was neat, but once I’d done that it was so easy to install. The instructions and all information about this say to use lots of soapy water and you should listen! It slips and slides about until it’s in the right place, then once you are happy simply swipe from the centre to the edges to remove bubble / soapy water. It’s so easy to pull it back off the glass, remove any dirt/lumps and then re-spray and try again. I obviously can’t say long term how it will survive on my balcony glass but I have my fingers crossed…

A genuine game changer during the UK heatwave!
★★★★★ A genuine game changer during the UK heatwave!I was really sceptical at first and honestly didn’t expect this film to make much of a difference, but I have to admit I was completely wrong. During the recent UK heatwave, it has reduced the temperature in my house significantly. The film was surprisingly easy to install, and while the silver version does make the rooms a little darker, it’s a small trade-off for the benefits you get. The reduction in heat has been incredible. My bedroom is on the third floor and usually becomes unbearably hot in warm weather. Before installing this, I often struggled to sleep because of how warm the room got. Since putting the film up, the bedroom has been noticeably cooler and far more comfortable, even on the hottest days. It’s made a huge difference to my sleep and overall comfort.I’ve been so impressed with the results that I’ve already ordered more to cover additional windows throughout the house. As you can see from the picture the top windows were done and the bottom ones were pending the light difference isn’t that big, but the temp difference is huge!If you’re looking for a simple and affordable way to reduce heat and keep your home cooler during summer, I would highly recommend giving this a try. It’s been worth every penny. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Expensive Frustration
Nearly £50 wasted — one roll ruined, one unusable. Do not buy.I purchased two rolls of this window film for just under £50, hoping for a straightforward installation. Three hours later, I have nothing to show for it.Roll one: No matter how carefully I applied it — cleaning the glass thoroughly, using a squeegee, working slowly — the film refused to cooperate. It wrinkled immediately on contact, and no amount of smoothing removed the bubbles. The finished result looks so bad it is genuinely worse than having no film at all: a patchwork of creases and lumps that distorts the light rather than diffusing it.Roll two: Never made it onto the window. It adhered to itself straight out of the packaging and could not be separated without tearing. An entire roll, completely destroyed before a single centimetre was applied.I followed every instruction. This product is either catastrophically poorly manufactured, or it is designed for a professional installer with specialist tools — in which case that needs to be stated clearly in the product description.£50 and three hours gone. I would like a full refund. I strongly advise anyone else to avoid this product unless you enjoy expensive frustration.

Good but makes your house VERY dark.
It somewhat works. However please be aware that this makes your house constantly dark. It feels like your house is constantly at 4:30pm in December when it is starting to get dark. Doesn't matter how sunny/bright it is outside, you will still have no sunlight coming in. I have had to sit with lights and lamps on all day meaning that people can now see into the house from outside as its bright inside.I have always had some form of mirror film on my windows and yes it does make it slightly darker but this is very strong stuff. It is super easy to install, but I will be removing and replacing with something not to dark as I feel like i'm living in a morgue due to how dark and depressing its made my house feel.

Fiddly but amazing when you get it right!
Was a bit fiddly so glad I bought extra incase I messed up which I did first attempt, but after a second successful attempt (with some left to spare) it does the job perfectly, keeps privacy in my sons room, keeps it cool during summer and darker during light summer nights. Looks great from the outside too, would be a lot easier to apply if you have two people but I’m an impatient woman with 0 DIY skills and still managed to fit it myself, would definitely benefit from two sets of hands or someone with more experience in vinyl

takes a bit of effort / skill. can last.
did come off of one window after a few months. the other two pieces (one larger) are still standing though a year later. they did take a couple of tries to get right. wasn't very easy. not frustrating enough to give up either.

Heat blocker
Super easy to install came with all the tools that I needed. It really does work well you can see outside. Nobody can see it except for at night time if your lights are on then they can see in your trailer. It does keep the heat down very well.

Easy to install.
Took a lot of patience but came out perfect. Love the mirror look.

Not 100% privacy on inside or out
Not 100% privacy inside or out. It is very hard to see from the outside in with the mirror but if you come up close enough to the glass you can see inside a small amount during the day. It does seem to block a lot of heat out so if you're looking for that this is definitely going to be good for that. I have apartments across from me so I'm trying to get a little bit of privacy from my sliding doors. If you look at the one picture you can see that it's clear to see my daughter's Toy Box in front of the window from outside with the film on. And you can also see that my light on the ceiling is on.

Don't do it
This film isn't mirror enough. You can see right through it.

Absolut top!
