Made very good just what my husband wanted

Excellent product and performs as stated. I had a draining issues, and I had already tried plunging, forced water etc. without great success, from the pit that houses my water well pump and equipment and the drain exit is 75 feet away and could not be accessed from the drain entry itself in the same way. The coil is heavy duty enough so that it did not kink but still flexible enough to follow the path of the 1" diameter plastic pipe under ground as the issue turned out to be 70-75 feet away, right where it drains from the pit which drops 3 feet below the ground surface. I don't mind the expense and fair amount of work involved for positive results.

Braze the Router cable to the Connectors so it does come apart in the Drain Pipe, Especially if you are using it with a router machine, I had to make a attachment for the router cable drum to Attach it and change the end attachment so it will fit my drain attachments, I used the small shovel attachment to poke a hole in the clog then used a 2" flow master Cleaning Bit to clean out the sewer pipe with, It worked GREAT, I Love the Flow master 2" cutter bit, Best Ever.

Most of the reviews are wonderful for this, but we did not have the same experience. My husband was using this and one of the pieces came unhooked in our pipe. We bought it to originally save money, but ended up spending 4x as much to have a plumber come out and retrieve the piece and flush our pipes. If it had broken off any further, it would’ve cost us thousands. Do not recommend.

The reason I say not as good as ridgid is you can unthread the connections if you run the machine in reverse. This can be problematic when you accidentally unthread it in a drain. So long as you ONLY run the machine in the forward gear it can't unthread. Since realizing this I have not had a problem and have cleaned many drains with it. The cable is strong and very flexible. Great for 2" drains and usable on 1.5" drains. I would not recommend it on 1.25" drains because it will have a hard time on fittings for 1.25" pipe you should use a 1/4 or 3/8 cable. On 3-4" you should use a 7/8 cable if you have it but it will do 3" pipe if you have no other option but I wouldn't advise you use it for clearing roots.
