I have just started to use this however the information on the label seems incorrect.It's a 600mg capsule and my understanding is I need to take 1 capsule daily and the quantity in the box should be 60.I counted and it has 60 capsulesThe label says Serving size 2 capsules (700mg each) and serving per container is 30What does this mean?

Worst experience with these. 3 days into taking them and my stomach looked like I was 5 month pregnant. I couldn’t figure out at first what was causing my stomach to look so bloated. I was eating healthy and drinking about 3L of water a day. On the 5th day I started looking back at everything I was doing and stumbled across some people who experienced the same side effects. I stopped taking them and about a week later my stomach was back to normal. I do not recommend these at all. Maybe my body just reacted differently I’m not sure but I highly recommend you look at a different option or try a smaller dose.

These product was best and I have personally used these product .Well the combination of contents , dosage are good. But it's difficult to tell about it's effect. I would suggest manufacturers to add metformin too in order to have a perfect combo of Dr Siclair's recommendations. Best quality and best for skin health.
