Over sized and defective product
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order I received for a pair of London Hills Denim jeans. I previously ordered a size 32 which was loose for me. To get the perfect fit, I specifically ordered size 30 this time. However, the seller ignored my requirement and sent a size 36 instead, which is completely unusable. The tag clearly indicates size 36, which is much larger than what was requested. Upon inspecting the jeans, I found that the zipper is broken/defective and does not function properly. I am very unhappy with the seller's service and the lack of quality checks. Receiving a damaged item in a size that is vastly different from what was ordered is unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the seller’s service and the overall experience.
