I've been taking this Trans-Resveratrol with Quercetin alongside my NMN and NAD+ supplements as part of my daily health routine. While I can't say I've noticed any dramatic effects personally, I'm aware that both ingredients have been extensively researched for their antioxidant properties and their potential role in supporting healthy ageing, cellular function, cardiovascular health and overall wellbeing. The capsules are easy to take, and I'm happy with the quality of the product. I use it as a complementary supplement to my NMN and NAD+ regimen and intend to continue taking it as part of my long-term health strategy. I generally only take this supplement when I'm not regularly consuming foods and drinks that naturally contain significant amounts of resveratrol, such as red grapes, red wine, blueberries, cranberries, bilberries, mulberries, peanuts (Boiling peanuts with their skins intact yields the highest concentration by far), peanut butter, dark chocolate, cocoa products and Itadori (Japanese knotweed) tea. Since my intake of these foods varies. I've also researched that you can take resveratrol supplements over long periods.👍

I'm not a medic. dietician or nutritionalist. But I do like to understand how to maximise the use of these products. No point in taking them if they won't work. I've experimented with several Resveratrol supplements, but this one really stands out. I've also tried the very expensive ones in the market with the same effects. The capsules are well-made and come in a sleek, professional-looking bottle. After taking them, I can feel a noticeable effect—it's like a gentle boost that supports my system but took a coulpe of weeks to notice. There's a slight aftertaste when the capsule breaks down, but it's minimal and easily managed by taking it with food. I've tried a few other resveratrol products from Amazon, and this one is by far the best in terms of quality and effectiveness. If you're considering adding resveratrol to your routine, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It's a great buy and has made a positive difference for me after trying a few others. Side note: for anyone interested... Taking resveratrol with MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) oil—or alongside a fatty meal—is generally considered beneficial because resveratrol is fat-soluble.

easy to swallow, good value for money, unsure if feeling much benefit just yet however hoping helping with anti-ageing! :)

Quercetin is the magic plus in this one. I recommend taking it with a shot of brandy on an empty stomach prior to main meal :)

I’ve been taking this with NMNH (with breakfast containing 5-10g fat for the trans-resveratrol to be absorbed by the body) to activate sirtuins and people have been telling me I look 25 years young - and I’m 49. It’s rewound the biological clock ⏰ and even I can see the difference. Get it, but take it with NMNH for best results ✨
