The sole is cushioned nicely and the material will be able to handle a very ADHD 10 year old as far as I can tell (she's been thru a lot of brands) I believe these not only have the classy look, a versatile option, easy maintenance, but also the grip on the soles make me feel confident those fast feet won't slip for no reason.
