Versatile with good flavor
I've used both the powder and extract to make ice cream and pancakes. Good ube flavoring, but be careful using the extract: the coloring is VERY purple, and a little goes a long way.

**NOT FOR DRINKS**
Great product however it lacked directions as to what you should use it for. I attempted to use it for a drink but was surprised to it becoming mushy and solid-like. My fault completely, but it worked very well for my cheese cake.

We cook a lot with Ube and once we got this we made Ube chocolates chip cookies! Omg it tasted so good too. Quality of the extract really made the difference to.

The liquid bottle was opened and leaked out all over he box and powder bag. I want a replacement.

Great color but absolutely no taste at all. Just add purple food coloring. No one will know.
