First off, this has got to be the thickest shilajit I have ever tried. I first thought it was old and dried out when I first received it. I could barely scoop any Shilajit out of the jar and was confused. then I read the side of the box that said to let it set in a bowl of warm water if it solidifies. This did help loosen it up, but it was still pretty thick. I definitely like the results from the shilajit. It gives you a slight boost of energy without feeling jittery. The other thing that I wasn’t too pleased with is the taste. Shilajit is not the best tasting stuff in the first place, but this brand has a weird taste compared to all the other brands I’ve tried. So overall I like it but still have mixed feelings.

I have been using this for some time now and I love the product! It also came in a really beautiful packaging. The quality of shilajit is remarkable, it feels very organic and with no forms of additives. It has also helped me increase my workout levels. Strongly recommend!

It has a cute gold scoop that comes with it as well. I’ve heard so many benefits of Shilajit and I’m using this more and more in my supplementation. I easily put it into my hot tea and I use the Green Tea Superantioxidants to mix in with it because it’s sweetened with Licorice Root and masks any flavor of the Shilajit. Really easy to use. Very strong smell like the pine tar soap. So try a small amount at first to mix into the hot tea. It’s incredibly thick and resin-y texture. Would buy more.

This is my first time trying the pure resin form of shilajit. It's resin so I didn't expect it to taste good - which is doesn't - but I have gotten more accustomed to the taste with daily use. Initially, I wasn't sure I was going to be able to tolerate the taste but it only took a few days for me to adjust. I have found that taking the suggested amount of approx a pea size (400mg) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach works best for me. I feel like this has really helped me take my morning workout routines to the next level and provides me with plenty of energy to power through the rest of my day. The product came well packaged and sealed along with a metal scoop to help obtain the correct dosage from the jar. As a first time user, I'm pleased with this brand, the quality, and the benefits I feel this is providing in my daily life and plan to continue using for the foreseeable future.

Having a glass of pineapple juice or orange juice to rinse away the residue would be my other suggestion.This is organic Shilajit from India and it tastes like it. Pur essendo ricco di minerali come dovrebbe essere lo shilajit fortunatamente questo non lascia quel sapore metallico che a volte alcuni lasciano.Molto positivo che ci sia la certificazione di un ente esterno, perché è indice che il prodotto ha subito i test necessari.L'appunto è quello che ho già fatto: peccato che sia solido, probabilmente mi è capitato una confezione che non è stata tenuta nelle condizioni ideali.Spero la recensione sia stata utile.
