Terrible customer relations
This chair was only comfortable in the sitting position. Laying down or using the head hole were extremely uncomfortable. The leg extension was not very well construction as it fell every time I tried to use it. as you may have guessed I boxed it up, all parts included and shipped it using UPS in a timely fashion. Never before have I had a problem with returns but this is unexceptable as I am very careful about packing and shipping returns. The company only refunded only half of the $143.43 I paid for it. Buyer be very beware. ( Gave it 1 star because I had to in order to submit this review.)

May need to loosen foot rest joint
This chair is well designed and comfortable. The only change needed was to loosen the screws/nuts at the foot rest joint so that it could be maneuvered to fold back. Follow available directions on how to raise and lower the foot rest (lift and push while moving it).

Well made and functional/comfortable for carrying for beach reading
Bought as a gift for my daughter for beach reading. We checked it out when she first opened it and it was sturdy and easy to figure out how to fold up and make it into a back pack to carry. The extra pockets for caring items is great too. She’s used it all summer and loves it and says it is holding up well. Four stars because it was kind of pricey in my opinion. But I did not want something cheap that would bend and break. And my daughter is worth every penny. :)

Came in damaged
We received it with a dent on the aluminum tubing. It still worked so we didn't send back. Just annoying. No damage to the box. It was packed that way

Not sturdy and not built well . Buyer beware!
Not sturdy, great concept but definitely not worth the price . Used it 3 days and it was breaking at the cheap plastic hinges . I returned it two small screws support entire weight and they started failing .also I only received half my money back when returned . Bad service . They know these chairs are crap and want to still make money on you . Don’t trust spreetail for anything .
