Great headset
I use these for work-at-home meetings I love the cord length. Leaves plenty of room to move about The sound quality is crisp and clear. I have had compliments on the quality. I love the controls. Easy to use. Big enough to see the buttons and what they are unlike most thin control bars on headsets. The big lights to alert for on and off are a plus. The fit adjusts easily and is very comfortable

Arrived earlier than expected
The product said it wasn't supposed to arrive for a week or so but the seller managed to get it to me in a couple of days so it worked out perfectly. I have to work from home because of this COVID-19 lockdown and needed to be able to do video calls and share my screen to work. The headset works really well and is good quality.

Wasted 6 hours and failed to get it to work on my Windows 11 box
This Plantronics Blackwire 3215 headset was introduced in 2017 and it may date back further than that. I bought a similar Plantronics headset in 2013 that I liked so I decided to try this one. However there was nothing I liked about this one. I wasted about 6 hours trying to get the Blackwire 3215 headset to work on my Windows 11 box. I initially tried to get it to work by plugging it into the USB port on the front my computer. After a number of attempts to change the settings, update drivers, and other tweaks the microphone volume remained at 0%. So it failed to work. So I then I tried a USB 3.2 port on the back of my computer. After even more attempts to get it to work, the volume was at only 1% and would not increase. I tried using Equalizer APO but the volume remained at 0% or 1%. The volume was too low for dictating into Word 365. The instructions state to go to Poly.com/software for support, but Poly.com is no longer online.

USB-mode is useless, the wire is too short
Very good sound quality when using the headset through the jack. But when using it via USB, the quality is so terrible that it’s sometimes hard to make out the words. The jack cable is convenient for a phone but pretty short for use with a laptop, and it can’t be used if the computer is under the desk.

sound is great, but shoddy materials/manufacturing
bought it for online meetings. sound is great. after about a month the pad meant to be against your head and the plastic fell off. trying super glue now, but really?

Great headset!
I have used Plantronics for years, the model I love is no longer so I ordered this model. Same comfort, great voice quality, perfect noice canceling. Very happy!
