used it a few times, its great the kids love it when we do a proper movie night now. the projector is super easy to setup and straight out of the box you are up and running. i have it connected to my sky tv box to view netflix and disney and even the upcoming world cup. the picture quality seems very good, the auto focus or keystone is great and effortless. all in all very good. also got a soundbar to go along with it, i was a basic soundbar that i have connected via bluetooth but it really does improve the overall sound quality. I have recently bought a projector screen but haven't used it yet, but i suspect it will improve the picture quality even more.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Projector – Brilliant Value for Money I’m genuinely impressed with the Aurzen Eazze D1 Smart Projector. As soon as I took it out of the box, the build quality stood out straight away, it has a solid feel and looks well made. Setup was quick and easy. The auto-focus kicked in immediately on my retractable movie screen, and after a quick keystone adjustment the picture fitted perfectly within the black border. Within minutes we were ready to watch a film. The built-in apps like Prime Video and Netflix work very well, and connecting Bluetooth headphones was simple. The audio quality through the headphones while watching films is excellent. Having owned several LED projectors over the years, I can honestly say this is one of the best I’ve had at this price point. The picture quality is sharp and bright, and overall performance has been fantastic so far. Pros: • Very easy setup with auto-focus • Good picture quality for the price • Built-in streaming apps • Solid build quality • Great value for money Movie nights are definitely back in our house, and I’m looking forward to enjoying this projector for years to come. Highly recommended!

So having bought an Aurzen boom 3 before Xmas for myself, (which is brilliant by the way), I decided I wanted something a little smaller and more portable for taking on trips and back and forth to my girlfriends so I went for this D1 projector as it was really cheap at £120 and looked like it would fit the bill. Like the Boom 3, it was really easy to set up, the power cable is actually better, longer and more stable than the boom, and once you've connected to your wifi off you go. The interface is very similar to it's bigger brother and so easy to sign in and connect to the main apps Netflix, YouTube and Amazon. It's a small unit but it's performance really belies it's size (about 25x20cm). The picture is great being 1080p and the sound, whilst not as loud or bassy as the much bigger Boom is actually great for the size of unit, plenty loud enough and some bass thrown in as well, especially on the Music audio setting. The settings are easy to get into to adjust things as you want them altho the settings out are pretty decent out of the box and the auto keystone correction and focus works great. Overall it's an amazing projector and such brilliant value, especially given it's small size and price. I'm chuffed with it.

Super easy to set up - auto focus and keystone correction worked really well (once I took the protective film off the front!). Connected to Bluetooth soundbar in seconds and was watching a movie in less than 10 minutes of taking it out the box. Picture quality is great and no picture sound lag! Haven't used any of the apps as casting to a Chromecast. Only 4 stars though as there is small black mark on the screen. There are full instructions on how to sort, but makes me anxious using a large q-tip to clean the LCD panel! Other than that, can't fault this so far and at a great price.

So, I’ve tried 3 attempts since Xmas to replace an expensive but 10 year old projector with a new cheaper alternative. I had to send the first 2 back as they were terrible. I paid £49 and £89 for the first two, but I’m so glad I sent them back and paid a bit more for this one. Simply put ‘it just works’ and it says that on the box. I was impressed when I first turned it on pointed diagonally across the room onto a wall and it auto detected the wall and adjusted the image to fit square on the wall. It already had Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime installed and I quickly found and installed Disney Plus. Connecting to WiFi was easy and I was trying out a program in minutes. The image is clear across most of the screen, but I did find that when projected from a diagonal position the far side of the screen is a little blurry. If the projector is placed centrally the focus is excellent everywhere. The sound is ok, but no bass really so I played the sound through my Echo. Overall, for the price exactly what I wanted.

Formal complaint I am writing to lodge a formal complaint concerning: 1. Amazon’s “Contact us” process, which systematically diverted me away from speaking to a human being; 2. The fact that no clear, direct, official “complaints department” contact link or channel appears to exist for UK / London customers who need a human resolution; 3. A recently purchased Aurzen projector that has become faulty and unusable; and 4. My request for a full refund, and notice of further steps if this is not resolved promptly in writing. 1. Attempt to contact a human — evening of 19 August 2026 On the evening of 19 August 2026, I spent a considerable period of time attempting to speak to an actual person about my situation. Instead, Amazon’s contact system repeatedly channelled me into automated loops: screens of text to read, and an assisted / AI / robot-style response path. That system does not and cannot cater for every situation. Mine was not resolved. I was effectively prevented from making real contact with a human agent who could address a defective product and discuss replacement or refund. This is unacceptable for a customer who has paid in good faith. 2. My attempt to find UK / London complaints department details — and what that revealed Because the in-app / website “Contact us” path would not give me a human being, I then tried to obtain direct UK / London complaints department details so that I could write formally and be heard. What I found — and this is precisely my point: * There is no clear, published, straightforward “Amazon UK Complaints Department” contact page that simply gives a customer a direct human complaints channel. * Searching for official complaints contact details does not produce a clean, dedicated link that takes you to a real complaints desk. Instead, the trail leads into forum threads, second-hand guesses, and circular advice that ultimately pushes you back into the same automated “Contact us” system I had already found useless. * In the course of gathering what little address information I could, I was also confronted with irrelevant and junk-style links / dead ends that had nothing to do with lodging a proper complaint. That experience itself demonstrates the problem: a paying customer who needs to complain cannot find a clear and direct contact path that actually exists. * The only concrete postal destination I was eventually able to identify is a general London registered-office style address (1 Principal Place, Worship Street, London EC2A 2FA), not a transparent, advertised complaints department with a named human process. Even that had to be pieced together indirectly, rather than offered openly as “here is how you complain in writing.” So my complaint is not only that the robot path failed on 19 August 2026. My complaint is also that Amazon’s design appears to avoid offering a clear direct complaints contact, which forces customers into loops, text walls, and AI responses that cannot handle every real-world situation — including mine. If Amazon disputes this, please reply with the official URL and postal details of your dedicated UK customer complaints department (not another link that returns me to chatbot / help-article loops). The difficulty of obtaining that information is evidence in support of this complaint. 3. The product — Aurzen projector I purchased an Aurzen projector from Amazon. The item is approximately one and a half months old. It has now become faulty to the point that it is unable to be used. I was initially prepared to accept a replacement, while remaining concerned that the same fault might appear in a replacement unit. I was not even able to have my situation properly addressed, because I could not reach a human being through your contact process, and I could not find a clear direct complaints channel either. 4. Remedy now sought Given: * the product’s failure within a short period after purchase; * the inability to obtain human customer care on 19 August 2026; * the absence of a clear direct complaints contact link / department for UK customers; and * the clear impression that automated responses are prioritised over genuine assistance, I no longer wish to proceed on a replacement basis alone. I now require a full refund of the purchase price for this order. I have lost confidence in Amazon’s willingness to support this purchase. I do not intend to continue giving Amazon my custom for future purchases while this pattern of contact avoidance persists. 5. Escalation if unresolved If I do not receive a prompt, written resolution — including confirmation of a full refund and clear instructions for return of the faulty unit where required — I will: * escalate this complaint by every available route; and * instruct my bank / card issuer to dispute the transaction (chargeback / section 75 or equivalent consumer dispute routes where applicable) on the basis that I paid for goods that are now unusable and that I was denied effective access to human customer service and to any clear complaints channel; and * keep a full record of dates, screenshots, failed contact attempts, and this correspondence for that purpose. I am not seeking delay or obstruction. I am seeking the remedy I should have been able to discuss with a human on 19 August 2026.I have tried to contact amazon consistently as to speak to a real person of which amazon seems to make talking to them in person. So I will be forced to star a fraud ahave them dealt with legally I paid for an item that is less than 2 months old and consistently been placed in a loop of non help/ helpful issues and blocked from seeking customer service so I just have my bank star the fraudulent transaction and use the outrageous loop that amazon puts you in as to have no real contact. Really impressed with this projector. The image quality is sharp and vibrant for the size, setup was straightforward, and it’s been great for everyday viewing. I especially love how responsive and precise the LiDAR autofocus is, having trialled other projectors, this one really stands out and offers excellent value for money. The Wi-Fi setup was seamless, with no issues connecting for Wi-Fi–enabled features, and the Bluetooth pairing with my soundbar was instant. No time-consuming setup menus or fiddling around, the UI is genuinely one of the most user-friendly I’ve come across. What really sets this apart, though, is the after-sales support. The customer service team were responsive, polite, and genuinely helpful, handling my query quickly and professionally. It’s reassuring to know the company stands behind the product. Overall, a solid projector backed by excellent support. Happy to recommend.

La calidad de imagen es muy buena del 1 al 10 le daría un 8.7. Excelente para el precio. El sonido es muy bueno y el diseño es bonito, pesa un poco para su tamaño lo cual hace alucina qué el material es de buena calidad. El único pero es que si se calienta mucho, pero el ventilador no hace ruido o al menos no es perceptible.
