Does not fit Toto
There is a reason why you see a 'frequently returned item' warning on the product page. While it looks fine otherwise if you have a toilet where this item would fit, this does not fit my one-piece Toto. Perhaps add a description of known toilets that this does not fit.

Looked good, but we didn't end up using it
I purchased this item to repair our toilet, but we ended up not using it. It looked good and appeared to be what we needed, but my husband ended up going a different route. It looked like good craftmanship and didn't come broken. I gave it 3 stars simply because everything looked good, but I can't attest to whether or not it would have worked well.

Good product.
I have a 1960s Standard toilet (was there any other kind back then?). My uneducated self was hoping that this would also include water inlet thingie - I have replaced some in the past that had, but no, this is just the middle part - which is fine, because my flush assembly is more than five years old and will be going any time now, based on past experience with those black rubber seals that disintegrate. This is solidly made and will work just great. These are so simple to install, even *I* can do it (and have, multiple times, because I'm old).

It looks like a great product but as yet I have not installed it because, the repair I had to do has worked so well. However ,I will be replacing the original one very soon.

Product arrived was surprised on poor packaging with product being hard plastic and easily damaged in shipping. Item was installed with no issues.
