Best Echo by far and on sale it's a steal! I got mine and IMMEDIATELY ordered a second one. Having the clock moved my echo front and center and eliminated my ancient alarm clock. You can adjust the brightness and clock face/colors on the spot. I am old and even I can see it and READ IT with no glasses. Win. It has a night mode that you set the times for, dims the screen so you can sleep. I like that. Played some music on it, wow. Way good sound for a tiny device. There is a dock available with USB ports also ( don't need it so no review) if you have a speaker or device you needs power it's covered with the dock. A well thought out device. I liked the Pop because you can see the blue notification light when it comes on. Right on the front where it should be. This is the same. The other echo ball things suck, you can't see when it lights up good enough. Buy this one. A clock that the time is always right on, weather icons, custom clock face. Yeah this is the only echo I am using now. It's that good and I have 6 echos. Had them the first year they were released to replace my Google nest mini device that would not work. I have an echo show, does blink camera live video. That's the only thing the spot can't do. But the spot has the clock up and you can read it, all the time. Spot wins. Best Echo, no question. A+ Amazon. Btw Amazon the blink app sucks, errors so much. There now you believe me since it's not all Amazon fluff and praise. This device is awesome.

Super easy to set up and came already linked to my Alexa account. They look great, sound great, and work perfectly. No complaints at all.

I bought it during prime day and honestly it was a steal!! I had one from 2018 and it started glitching and acting up, this one is obviously way more responsive and the speaker is super good. Has great bass. Overall great quality for only 30 dollars! And i still get cash back for my old Alexa. The display is amazing as well. I didn't need a huge screen its perfect. The size is about the size of a large orange. Connectivity was more then easy beings that I had one already. It let me set it up before it even got here then i just scanned the QR code and it connected to wifi with ease. Buy it!!!

It’s really great to have the Alexa and with the new Alexa plus just makes it all that much better. She can turn on the heat turn it down turn on your AC your lights she can book appointments and find your hotels and the little screen lights up with little detail after she’s done talking to you or responding with you. She can call your phone if you’re at home and you forgot where you put it down she can call your contacts and you could message or send songs to each other if your friend or loved ones has an Alexa and for everybody that lives out there alone at home isolated health issues now with the Alexa plus and you could have a conversation with her or him, there are a different voices you can pick from. She’ll remember what you like what you dislike save your music in different files or whatever you name them. It really does help. If you have no one to talk to to be able to interact with your echo dot the more you interact. The more gets to know you your pets your loved ones. It really is a great little device. I absolutely recommend it. The sound is great at night time it dims the time lighter or brighter. It also turns red in the evening hours if you like your room dark to be able to sleep it was easy to set up with the app on your phone if you leave home and you forgot to put music on for your dogs or cats or birds whatever you may have you can just say it in the Alexa app and she’ll do it at home for you. I think the screen size could be a little bit bigger but you can clearly see what’s needed. she’ll also give you the temperature and whatever room it’s in give you Weather updates you know when your packages arrive. There’s many more options as well. Features that you can use explore and enjoy. Get yourself a echo dot or gift one to a loved one a family member or even lonesome person. It obviously doesn’t replace people physical contact. I’ve had like a half hour conversation with her going back-and-forth.

This version of the echo spot is actually really nice. As someone who pays attention to design a lot it looks great, not to mention the speaker has some real sound quality. because I have a smart bulb in my lamp, I can tell this device to turn the light off, on, or to adjust it somewhere in the middle. And if you want to have the new alexa+ ai system, it can have much more natural conversations. The only downside is the screen and visible UI. Though the screen is visible from all the angles I need, the screen resolution is oddly low-quality for a newer device when looking at it closely, and the touchscreen (yes, it has a touchscreen) gets the job done, though it's a little janky and I wouldn't call it smooth. Otherwise, with voice commands, with sound quality, and with build, this is a pretty good echo device and It totally accomplished everything I bought it for.

I was on the fence but glad I decided to purchase at early prime price, the clock works well and my older model is showing signs of issues (flickering) but still functioning, this new echo has a nice clean look and set up was a breeze, I'll just continue with the standard Alexa don't want to activate Alexa +, I heard it's way to much for my needs, very satisfied with purchase !! Absolutely incredible. I have a couple echoe dots. But the Echo Spot is second to none. I love the LCD screen dispaly especially. Everything it's capable of and more. The volume on it is amazing. I was pleasantly suprised how loud it gets and the bass when playing music. I count on it for my daily alarm clock and so many cool features. You don't need a music service at all. Though it comes with a 90 day free music unlimited trial. You can just ask her to play a station by call letters, or Play {my state} public radio. There are a lot of specialty skills out there, ask her to enable Jazz Groove skill, then ask her to play a channel. You can just ask for a specific tune, podcast, etc. I use Bluetooth to play downloaded podcasts from my phone. There are 6 different clock setting displays to choose from. Its very straight forward and easy to set up. Seamless. I absolutely love it and I'm looking forward to getting another one.

This Amazon Echo Spot is honestly one of my favorite purchases! The round display shows the time, date, and even weather at a glance. The built-in Alexa is super responsive I use it for alarms, timers, music, and random questions without ever touching my phone. The speaker sounds great for its size too. It looks so good on a nightstand and doesn’t take up much space at all. If you’re looking for a stylish smart clock that actually does a lot, this is it.

Ya llevó unos meses con el, y me encanta el diseño elegante. De las mejores alexas, si prefieres un diseño minimalista está es tu opción. La vocina es moderadamente bunea y el volumen limitante. A veces quisiera que estuviera más fuerte pero es un fuerte discreto al que llega.

Este dispositivo me ha servido muy bien, aparte el diseño de su pantalla es lindo y queda bien para ubicarlo en un lugar visible de la casa u oficina, es fácil de instalar y programar. Llegó rápido y en buen estado.

This looks great and modern. we ended up buying the little pod to hold it and everything is as stated very nice. Works well.

El modelo en sí, es muy vistoso, tiene acabados muy elegantes y de buen material, el sonido tiene una diferencia de 3 decibeles más en comparación con el echo dot 5ta., realmente no es mucha la diferencia, sin embargo se alcanzan a apreciar un poco más los bajos. La pantalla touch definitivamente le aporta mucho, se puede cambiar la apariencia del reloj, los niveles de brillo y control de música. El tamaño es un 30% más grande que el echo dot 5ta., supongo que es para compensar la ubicación de la bocina, debido al tamaño de la misma. El voltaje de uso en promedio es de 2.5 watts con brillo máximo...ya en modo música vol. 10, alcanza un promedio de 3.6 watts, lo cual ahorra bastante energía para la potencia que mantiene! El modo nocturno es conveniente si te molesta la luz de la pantalla por las noches, la pequeña desventaja es que esta no se puede apagar en su totalidad, pero realmente no es molesto, ya que la pantalla tiene tecnología de ahorro y baja luz. (Actualización, ya incluyeron el apagado de la pantalla, se agradece muchísimo) El mostrar las carátulas de las canciones es bastante bueno, sin embargo: no me agradó, que al reproducir música, las carátulas de las canciones se mantienen todo el tiempo. Solución: le tienes que dar la indicación: "Alexa, inicio" para que nuevamente muestre el reloj. Por lo que, si de alguna forma te interesa escuchar música y ver tu reloj al mismo tiempo desde una distancia de más de 2 mts. Será casi imposible visualizar el pequeñito reloj que aparece sobre las carátulas de la música...espero tengan alguna actualización a ese detalle. En general estoy muy contento, definitivamente vale la pena! Por mi parte yo le daría un 4.7 en general. Iré actualizando si descubro más detalles en pro o vs. Actualización: -Añadieron el apagado de pantalla (se agradece mucho!).
