We recently purchased this 5-tier bookshelf for our new home and couldn't be happier with it. The white frame and shelves give it a modern, clean look that fits perfectly with our décor. Assembly was straightforward, and once built it felt sturdy and well-made. It offers plenty of space for books, plants, collectibles, candles, and decorative items without looking bulky. We especially love the open design, which makes the room feel brighter and more spacious while still providing lots of storage. The quality exceeded our expectations for the price, and it has quickly become one of the standout pieces in our living room. The product itself is sturdy, easily assembled and contains good instructions and all required tools, and spares for every small part. It looks smart too. That would probably be enough for 5 stars but the customer service is the best bit. HSH included a lovely thank you note with the order and plenty contact details in event of issues. Unfortunately, the item has been damaged in transit and a big hole in the box had pierced the underside of one of the shelves. I emailed on the Saturday and by Sunday I had a 50% refund, as spare shelves were not in stock in the UK. A lot of big companies could learn from this! If there's ever another HSH product that fits my requirements I will rush to buy it based on this experience. Thank you!

Love them! Switched 3.5 ikea billys for 2 of these and they are brilliant, great quality I went for rustic oak I think it looks more natural. Easy to build and sturdy. 😀

I feel like I’m finally an adult because of how impressed I am with this shelf. I’ve bought many a piece of furniture from Amazon, and let me just say- this is one of the best quality products I’ve gotten. It took me 20 minutes to put together by myself and I didn’t have to pull out so much as a screwdriver (unless you want to anchor it to the wall, in which case you need a drill). The packaging was superb and all parts were included, as well as extras for nearly everything. All holes lined up perfectly to the point I could not contain myself. The instructions were clear and simple, and took literally 1 page. That’s how simple it is to put together. Bit of advice: don’t tighten anything until the end, then tighten everything. The material is not real wood, but it’s heavy and sturdy as if it was and it looks fantastic! The shelves are a bit on the gray side, but that’s exactly what I was going for. Even my husband got wide eyed with pure dazzlement when he saw it and commented on how good the quality is. I could see this easily being $700+ in a furniture store. I’ll definitely be notating this company somewhere for future reference should I want anything else.

Beautiful item, that was easy to assemble. Literally one page construction. I put my stainless-steel pots and pans on this, as well as my microwave, toaster, air fryer and my coffee machine. Could use a little more depth for bigger items, but things fit, like my 11-inch steamer etc. Can't use some portions of the rack for some of my bigger pots but it fits fine in the middle. Good bang for your buck. Solid feel on the wood shelves; yet light, and it has screws inserted into it to be screwed into the frame. The package came well packaged with Styrofoam and extra thick corner guards and the small bits and screws were all labeled separately in baggies. Every tool you need is included and a separate bag for spare parts or missing parts is already included. Comes with a wall kit. Inside the package is also a bar code to scan for any problem, which states that they will send you a replacement item immediately, before item pick up. The item is sturdy and easy to assemble. I would carefully read the instructions, unless you want to unscrew things. A power tool helps immensely speed the process up. Wish I got this instead of some of the closed cabinets I have now.
