Like the recipes but was disappointed to open it and find all the photos were in black and white it would have looked to much better In colour

There are very few pictures in the book and those that exist are all in black and white. This means you are unable to see what the finished dish should look like. The print quality is inferior and appears to be photocopied rather that professionally printed. Having read several of the reviews, they have not been written in coherent English and appear to have been translated from an other language , although the country of origin has not been acknowledged! My advice is don’t buy it … there must be other books available with coloured illustrations which one would expect in a cookery book !!

I had high hopes for this book but I was rather disappointed. There are a lot of recipes but very few pictures. It's cheaply made and the pages look like photocopies. I'm sure many of the recipes may work fine, but the way it's laid out doesn't make your heart beat with anticipation. I noticed on one recipe (and I only looked at a few) that you cook the meat to one temperature and let it rest until it reaches a higher temperature. That defies the laws of physics and so is an obvious typo error. So to recap, this book (in this format) is an uninspiring waste of money.
