Like the beta fuel gels. These have a good hit of caffeine which certainly helps on very long runs. These caffeine gels don’t taste as nice as the normal ones, but you get used to it as you look forward to the hit!

LO QUE NO TERMINO DE ENTENDER es, por qué cuando lo describen indican todo lo que un gran deportista necesita por hora. Uff, "hasta 140g de HC". Luego lees las recomendaciones y solo te puedes tomar unbo de estos al día. Pues chico, no sé qué decir. Sé que puedo comprar otros que pueda combinar pero, ciertamente, es algo confuso. Por lo demás y junto a Crown, PARA MI SON LOS MEJORES.
