I've been taking Nutricost Rhodiola Rosea for a little over 3 months now, usually one capsule first thing in the morning on workdays. I originally bought it because I was hitting that mid-afternoon wall where my energy and concentration would drop off, especially during long stretches of desk work. The biggest benefit I've noticed is mental stamina. I don't get a dramatic "kick" like caffeine, but I feel more steady throughout the day. Tasks that normally start to feel mentally draining after a few hours seem easier to push through. honestly was really hoping a lot based on the reviews here. but after taking this in the morning, empty stomach every day for 2 weeks, I cant really tell much of a difference. Im thinking to try another brand once i use this bottle up to see if that changes anything. Will also try upping to 1000mg for a couple days. Will update if I do notice anything.
