Tastes amazing! I usually have this with 2 scoops in a litre water bottle and honestly it tastes like juice. I don't know how much it contributes to my workout longivitiy but I like to think it works. Have just finished a container and on my second one. Definitely does not taste chemically like some other ones that I have tried (Goddess Nutrition is very chemically tasting).

BCAA has always helped in recovery. Can't fault the intended effect. As a cheapskate, I choose the cheapest flavour. It's cheap for a reason! don't they taste the flavours before putting them on the market.

This item comes as described. The product comes in a durable can with a measuring spoon. Using the mixing instructions you’ll notice that the powder dissolves pretty good with a spoon but I highly recommend getting a shaker as it blends better with colder water. What I noticed is that it’s has a faint smell of watermelon but a pretty smooth taste of watermelon meaning it’s not too strong as some powders can be. This drink does pack a punch though and the boost can be compared to an energy drink without all the other sugars that can leave crashy jittery type of side effect. The product is packed with bcaa’s for hydration and muscle recovery with natural caffeine. I really like how this product delivers like an energy drink without the carbonation and heavy sugary syrups and additives of one. Good to go😎😎😎
