Hausse Retractable 2 Story Fire Escape Ladder, 13 Feet

Very well made, slightly bulky but priceless in an emergency. Hopefully we never have to use it but if we do it seems easy enough for my 10 year old to install in an emergency.

looks sturdy. I did try it out by placing it in the window and down the side of the house- seems like it will work great. I like how you can fold it all back up and place it in a bag for storage. I hopefully will never be able to leave a full review!

Anyone who lives in a 2 story house should own one of these!!! Great to have in case of a fire, smoke or any emergency!

I bought this emergency escape ladder for my son’s room, and it gives me so much peace of mind. His bedroom is on the opposite side of our upstairs, so having a safe and reliable way out in an emergency was really important to me. This ladder is sturdy, easy to store, and surprisingly simple to use—even in a stressful situation.We practiced setting it up together, and it hooks securely onto the window frame without wobbling or slipping. It feels solid when climbing, and the steps are wide enough that he can get down safely if he ever needed to. I also love that the whole thing folds up small and fits right under his bed for quick access.Hopefully we’ll never have to use it, but knowing it’s there gives me comfort as a parent. Highly recommend for any upstairs bedrooms—especially kids’ rooms on the far end of the house.

I have one suggestion for the manufacturer. Put some eyelets on the back top corners of the canvas case so it can be attached to a wall where it can be readily accessible and not have to sit on the floor (in my case). This option would make it much more visible particularly when actually needed and just as important visible to visitors/guests so that they are aware of it before it is needed.

This is something I hope to not ever needing. It arrived on time, wrapped in plastic. Easy to follow instructions. Easy to get on the top shelf of your closet, and is about the size of a twelve pack.

Checked it all out and will do what it's meant to do. Peace of mind having this everyone should own one the quality is good.

13ft Retractable Fire Ladder. Seems like good construction. Easy to deploy, intuitive set up. Repacks and stores easily and compactly in the closet.

Good quality and a necessary item to have on hand. I live on the second floor and feel safer now.

I am a little disappointed because there is a sentence in the instruction manual that says: Please replace the product every 3 years although without use.
