Best nail topper ever !
I wear this all the time. On its own or over the top of tourquoise or flouresant orange nail varnish. I get so many compliments. People think I've had my nails done in a salon. I JUST LOVE THIS VARNISH !

That Time Of The Month...
I Love this topper for the whole month. I love to change out my polish every week or 2 and give this one a 5 rating for it's cuteness and coloring. I layered it with Orly's cupcake flavor and added a 3rd layer of holographic glitter that gave it a blush so perfect, no matter what angle, what lighting, my nails shone with absolute glit, shine and color! Love, love, love this for Valentine's day!!!

Do NOT Buy!
The bad reviews are correct! Regret buying this. It is gloppy and even after multiple coats you are lucky if you can get a heart out of the bottle. Even when you do get a heart it looks like a little red glob. It really isn’t a cute polish. It just looks sloppy. I’ll never wear it again.

Like all large glitter polishes, this is almost impossible to use
You have to manually dig out the hearts to apply to your nails. Not fun, and the result really isn't worth it. Sorry, Orly, this one's a miss!
