Love the recipes
Got this for my ladies at work. Everyone has different tastes and a couple of picky eaters and a few diabetics but everyone has found a few recipes they love.

Healthy and Delicious
I received this cookbook for free from Taste of Home to test recipes and review them. The recipes are in categories so finding one is easy. Most of the recipes are healthy and have no added sugar so I chose those to try. I especially liked the seafood and side dish recipes. You won't be disappointed if you get this cookbook.

Great Cookbook with easy everyday recipes
Even if you are not diabetic this is a great cookbook to use to eat healthier and lose weight. I want to try almost all of the recipes in this book. They also call for common ingredients. I highly recommend!

Yummy goodness
I was so happy to receive this book as a gift, given that I'm controlling my diabetes with diet and exercise. This book offers some wonderful recipes, including the very tasty Air-Fryer Salisbury Steak and the Slow Cooked Lasagna Soup. We've marked many recipes to try in the days and weeks ahead. Their are even meatless options. The book itself has bright colorful photos of the recipes along with healthy hints, like substitutions to make a dish gluten free. I also like that the book will stay open to the recipe, rather than needing to be weighed down to hold your place. If you are looking for a good starting place for healthy eating, this book is for you.

Great Cookbook For Cooking Healthy
Taste of Home sent me this cookbook as a gift. It arrived just in time for me to use up some leftover Thanksgiving turkey. The Creamy Chicken Rice Soup was delicious substituting turkey for the chicken. Thick and creamy, real comfort food. We also enjoyed the Hoisin Pork Wraps. The quality of the paper is nice and glossy, and I love how there are so many full page colored photos. A great cookbook for anyone, not just diabetics.

mostly bad advice
Everyone now knows that low fat is a bad choice. Full fat versions are healthy. Best advice is from the Glucose Goddess. Stay away from dieticians, they drank the koolaid, and are required to stick to the evil AMA dogma.

Beautiful presentation, and well done with so many options
I am so glad that I was gifted this book. There are many styles of cooking, from grill, slow cooker, air fryer, etc. Lots of lovely photos of the dishes. They offer entree, sides, meatless, desserts, snacks, and so much to choose from. These are recipes that everyone in the family can enjoy and not even realize they are "diabetic friendly". There were Cuban, Italian, Asian, Hawaiian and lots more styles of dishes. Looks like plenty of good tasting recipes for everyone. I will be cooking so many of them
