Sticks extremely well
Tape works extremely well. The only issue comes when removing it. If you just peel it off or try ripping it off like a band-Aid it will hurt like a #%&$! Grok suggested using olive or cooking oil and soaking the tape for 5 to 10 minutes before removing. Also, peel the tape level with the skin, not up and away. Hope this helps!

Quality Tape
Good quality tape. I use it for plantar fasciitis. Just like the brand name tape.

Sticks well (maybe too well)
Works great, so sticky it stayed on for the 3 days I used them, including showering, working out, etc. The only problem is that it's SO sticky, it leaves residue behind that won't come off for weeks. It hurts so badly to remove them if they're not coming off on their own. I had to take them off after 3 days becuase I was going to a wedding and they would show, it felt like I was ripping my skin off, then the residue stayed there (looking gross and dirty) for literally weeks. There's worse problems to have with kinesiology tape than "it stays on well," but the pain of taking it off isn't really worth it for me.

Best KT tape on Amazon!
I originally bought a different brand because I was becoming desperate from the pain and numbness in my hands. I couldn’t work or do my chores around the house. I couldn’t even relax. I used a YouTube video as a guide, and I was totally shocked by the instant relief. And my hands and forearms had felt so weak/fragile, but the tape made them feel so perfectly supported. It’s changed my life. I tried braces, but they never felt as supportive. They felt more restrictive, but my hands and arms still felt weak/fragile, for lack of a better word. I bought this brand because it was good price and I wanted black, and this brand is WAY better than the first brand I bought. This one actually stays on through showering, hand washing, and general chores. The other brand I bought always came off 70% during a shower. I’m ordering two more rolls now! If you have hand, wrist, or arm pain and/or numbness and you’re at your wits end, give this a try. I thought it was nonsense when I heard about it years ago, but the relief and support was literally instant. It felt like I pretty much had normal hands again. I feel silly for not giving it a try sooner. Make sure to follow a good YouTube guide, and possibly get someone to help you cause it can be tricky to apply with one hand. But it gets easier with practice! Also, I’m not sure I understand rating a product low because you personally have an allergy to the adhesive. That’s like saying peanuts are bad because you have a peanut allergy. It is unfortunate that some people have allergies to adhesives. But obviously a tape that stays on oil producing skin for multiple days must have a very strong adhesive, and that will be irritating for some people. That does not make it a bad product. It is understandable to make people aware that it may irritate their skin, but to rate it one star because of it is kind of selfish in my opinion. It’s common knowledge that any adhesive can cause skin irritation. So if you have sensitive skin or have had contact irritation in the past, it’s a good thing to keep in mind. Otherwise, I wouldn’t worry about it. Just pay attention to how your skin feels, and if anything feels odd, get some baby oil or cooking oil, and remove the tape. Simple. I, and clearly thousands of others, have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Giving low ratings for something that isn’t a product quality issue, but rather a personal use/compatibility issue, is an annoying thing I see on the reviews of many products.

Amazing
Works absolutely amazing, has helped stabilize my wrist so well while working! I’m a nail tech and wrist pain is no joke.

Leaning towards too sticky
The good: reusable and recyclable packaging, reasonable price, stayed on through an hour long swim no-problem.The meh: could be more supportive, paper a little difficult to remove, stretchiness has varied from strip to strip on a single roll. The bad: not the easiest to readjust while applying, difficult to remove when I wanted (vs when it wanted) despite using prep spray, left an incredibly sticky residue (needed isopropyl alcohol wipes to remove), probably not the best tape for beginner KT users. If you’ve used other brands of KT, this tape will feel kind of flimsy, but once it’s on it doesn’t want to budge. I think it would be incredibly easy to give yourself skin irritation simply from improper application with this brand, but my mildly sensitive skin had no reaction to the adhesive itself. It’s not much cheaper per strip than my all-around favorite d3 brand tape. It stays on more securely in the water than regular d3 and KT Pro, including when wearing on my hands and washing them all day, but it does get super wet and stay soggy.

Multiple uses!
I initially bought these as a supplement to stability and protection when working out. However, right after I bout these I stepped on a thick hunk of broken glass from a perfume bottle that broke in my bathroom. It went deep and I needed stitches but it was right in the arch area of my foot and towards the middle and the doctor decided to use adhesion stitches instead and told me to keep it dry and clean and to stay off it for the first few days. well...those strip stitches didn't last even 24 hours! I needed something to keep the wound pulled together and protected from dirt and moisture and started using these every day after cleaning, sterilizing, and drying my wound again. These stayed on until the next cleaning so came in really handy as a result. I ordered more because if this! These adhere very well to skin but not when oily, so make sure skin is clean and dry with no lotion or moisturizer on the area where you will be placing it. Also it doesn't adhere to itself very well. so begin and end on skin.
