An amazing vacuum cleaner. I've always previously had Dyson and Henry but this knocks spots off both of them. I particularly like the 'lift away' making it sooo much easier for cleaning the stair carpet. Suction is fantastic, easy to clean out with no bags, and a lot lighter than I was expecting. The lights on the front helps me to ensure my floors are clean right up to the edges. The tools supplied are all very useful and the car cleaning attachments make vacuuming the car a breeze now. I highly recommend!

A brilliant hoover which I thought was too heavy but turned out to be the powerful suction! I have waist long hair and the anti-wrap tech is excellent, one of the reasons I chose to look at Shark products is because of this. When I went over my living room carpet the first time, which I had hoovered a week before I bought my shark; if I didn't know any better I would have said it had never been hoovered before! So easy to empty and holds a lot more waste than you would think, looking at the dust collector. Easy to empty, great for ceilings and walls my first expensive hoover I have bought and with plenty of cable so no problem with going everywhere in my bungalow. I bought the attachments to hoover under the sofa and do the dusting as well, which you can also get for it on the shark website because I have arthritis and all in all a bloody good buy. I was disappointed that the cordless versions were so expensive but now I'm glad because I got the perfect vacuume cleaner for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is a great vacuum cleaner - I got it almost a year ago and it's been great. It's easy and comfortable to use, also easy to maintain. I had no issues with it so far and the power of sucking remained firm since purchase. Perfect for my wooden panels and carpet. I thought I did not like vacuuming but it turned out I had a bad vacuum cleaner. God, I'm getting excited by vacuum cleaners now, I'm getting old...

Very nice and well made hoover. I have a dog an I find it hoovers all the hair nicely. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because it is on the heavy side, so if you want to use it on the stairs for example it might be a bit heavy to carry around. Other than that it has good suction and good storage capacity.

Feels very premium for the money. Excellent suction - much better than the old Miele it replaced.Some reviews say it’s heavy. I don’t find that, but my wife thinks it is - however, it’s not heavy to lift and carry, and I think the weight comes from the fact that the suction is so powerful it sticks to the carpet and needs some pressure to move around.The car detail kit is a nice little addition, and does the job well - cleans the crevices very well.It’s a shame it doesn’t have an automatic retracting cable like the Miele, so you have to wind the cable by hand, but that might be a feature of upright vacuum cleaners.On the whole, very good value for money (at the £170 we paid).

I bought this hoover just last week during Prime day. I have used it twice in the last 3 days. The first night I got it, I vacuumed my whole house which had been previously vacuumed just 3 days prior. I had to empty the canister twice as it kept refilling. Today, I vacuumed all the same areas again and ended up with another full canister, which is bewildering. I do not think we shed a whole canister worth of dust and hair in 1.5 days. I think this hoover is lifting away layers of dust every time I use it even over previously cleaned areas.My older vacuum is a Karcher Mediclean model with a water filter which I had been happy with but I think the Shark is much more powerful. My only thing is that I am very used to the water filter which takes in all dust and hair and deposits them in the water canister so you do not end up with loose dust at the end. With the Shark, you definitely have to be careful when you empty the canister as it is easy to blow dust everywhere. The canister does get dusty easily so I can see I will be washing it quite frequently. I also wish the canister itself was bigger so I wouldn't have to empty it midway through a clean. I do not have a big house: it's a terraced 2 bedroom and we are two people and one dog, not a big family.I realize that as I have only used it twice this review is a bit premature, but these are my first impressions.

The attachments are versatile, handling stairs and upholstery with ease.While the suction is incredibly powerful, it may feel overwhelming on thinner or lightweight carpets—but this just highlights its thorough cleaning capability. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for deep cleaning and versatility!

First of all, it’s a great vacuum, suction is fantastic, it just feels quality made and glides so easily. You won’t go wrong buying it.However for such a ‘quality’ product there’s many oversights.For example, where the cord wraps around the designated hooks, the plug just ends up pointing up and dangling annoyingly, and you cannot wind it any other way as the lead has a solid 90 degree kink in it to start with. I find it hard to understand how someone didn’t think of add a bit of length so it just hangs down.Another thing that I find odd is that the none of the included accessories fit in one of the holders at the back, why is is even there? Extremely weird.Car detailing kit - great addition. However, the only way it attaches is to the main heavy handle so you have to always use two hands to operate it, one holding the handle, the other aiming the detailing end. Very clumsy and not overly useful, but perhaps that’s the only way this could be practically designed. That’s fine, but don’t get excited about it.Lastly, the advertised anti hair wrap just doesn’t work. I haven’t even used it much yet since I got it, and there’s already hair wrapped around the roller. I don’t understand why is it advertised as such, I used other models of shark with anti hair wrap and it worked 100% but not this one!They may not be huge things, but had I known the above, I’d re-think my purchase.But it’s now done, and I’m sure it will get a lot of use and be great at it.

Pour moi, il n'y a pas mieux. Je travaille avec depuis plusieurs années maintenant et je n'ai absolument rien a dire. Il allie parfaitement la portabilité et la praticité d'un aspirateur sur batterie avec les avantages d'un aspirateur filaire, pas de limite de temps d'utilisation et puissance d'aspiration toujours maximale. mais comme la perfection absolue n'existe pas, j'aurais tout de même à noter un petit bémol : la canne est un point faible indéniable sur ce modèle. Le câblage permettant les fonctions de la buse d'aspiration s'abîme dans le temps et vous risquez de perdre certaines fonctions, dans mon cas principalement le mode carpet. Heureusement les pièces détachées sont achetables sur le site du fabricant.

Excellent, a little bit on the heavy side but easy to manoeuvre with excellent suction (adjustable), better than my Dyson. So far, really happy with this purchase.
