Tried this a while ago for kidney health and it worked well for me. Add a bag to my coffee each morning, let steep 15-30 minutes then consume. Brought my numbers back up to normal from very low.

A light and refreshing tea, I love to drink this one when it’s cold outside to warm me up without any caffeine.

Pros: Large number of sachets, goes a long way. Cons: The taste and overall quality of the tea is below average--it has a very faint taste even when using two tea bags at a time. The smell is corn-like, but is slightly too acidic, making it seem rancid. The packaging of each individual tea bag needs to be cut by scissors, so it is needlessly tedious. I would go with a more expensive corn husk tea as this is not an adequate replacement.

商品は箱入りなのに開封され、中身を箱から出して別の袋に入れた状態で届きました。 箱は畳んで同梱されていました。

睡眠障害なので、カフェイン飲料が飲めない私には、最良のお茶です。 安い。不味からず、美味からず。太らない。 肝臓や腎臓に負担が無い。 ずっと愛用したいと思います。
