Excellent for Brambles & Nettles โ The Stream Setting Makes a Big Difference
I've used this to tackle a large patch of established brambles and nettles, and it's been very effective while leaving the surrounding grass unaffected when applied carefully. Pros * Very effective on brambles and nettles in my experience. * Ready to use โ no mixing required. * Spray gun is quick and easy to assemble. * Choice of spray patterns (stream or spray). * The **stream** setting is particularly useful outdoors because it's less affected by the wind, making it easier to target individual weeds without as much drift. * Glyphosate-free, which may appeal if you're specifically looking for an alternative. Cons * The bottle is quite bulky and can become heavy during longer spraying sessions. If you only have a small area to treat, the smaller bottle may be more comfortable to use. How I Use It I use the stream setting rather than the wide spray pattern (keep twisting the nozzle until it indicates "Stream"). For me, this gives much better control and wastes less product. I've also found that giving any stubborn brambles a second application a few days later seems to speed up the overall results, although your experience may vary depending on the weather and how established the weeds are. Overall, this has become my go-to weedkiller for brambles and nettles, especially where I want to keep the surrounding grass intact.

Ivy control
Excellent - needed to clear Ivy that had got out of control. Has worked and would buy again if needed

Chemical works but delivery mechanism poor
Does what it says on the tin. The squirting mechanism is a pain. Takes for ever for the liquid to come through.

Spray gun letโs the product down
Good product but the spray gun is terrible, not fit for purpose. I had to buy a spray bottle and tip the SBK into it

Extremely effective on marestail
Having tried (and failed) numerous methods to kill a forest of marestail a quick Google search suggested this product. Although a little pricey it is worth the extra cost. It devastated the marestail without killing other stuff. Very easy to apply with the sprayer attachment it came with. If you have a problem with marestail this is the stuff you need.

Works well but takes time
Does a great job but don't expect immediate results. I sprayed some brambles and it took a week to see the beginning of it working. Now three weeks on and the brambles are dead and wilting away. Same with some staghorns I sprayed.

Tough Weed killer
Purchased this to kill some brambles that were invading my garden from a neighbouring field. Didn't expect much of result but was amazed when after a week to find the brambles all shrivelled up and dying. It's selective herbicide that does not affect grass.
